eBay automatically enrolls sellers in this programme.
On more than one occasion I have bought an item, only to be ripped off by Pitney Bowes during check-out because this (substantially different contract) is "communicated" to the buyer in a useless gray tiny font.
Almost as if they really did not want you to notice ...
This extension helps people see the fine print, before clicking buy.
