You can customize your cursor in Chrome with a free extension. You can save your favorites, change the color and size, and turn images into mouse pointer.
You can get a Google Chrome extension that lets you change your cursor. And it's a free download in the Chrome Web Store. Custom Cursors for Chrome is available on all desktop platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
Once installed, you'll see the extension icon in the upper right of your browser window. When you click on it, it opens a cursor gallery with hundreds of different designs to choose from. You can filter them by category and select one that you like or upload your own image to use as a mouse pointer. Clicking on the Apply button will make it your default cursor in any site that supports custom cursors.

Once the extension is installed, click on the icon that has been added to Chrome’s toolbar and select Options.
On the options page, click on Choose File under Mouse Cursor and select an image file that you want to use as your custom mouse cursor. Once selected, click on Open to confirm your choice.
Now click on Select Area and drag a rectangle over the part of the image file that you want to use as your mouse pointer. Once done, click on Set Area.
This will set your custom mouse cursor in Google Chrome though it might take a few seconds before it shows up in some websites. Also note that due to security reasons, this feature doesn’t work in extensions and apps.
