  • (2023-11-02) Seth Engstrom: It seems to work for its intended purpose. The problem is it makes any audio in Chrome (like on youtube video, for example) crackle and pop. Turning off the extension solves this immediately. I assume this is tied to the dialer in some fashion, even though I have that disabled in the settings. Reinstalling extension did not help, if it's enabled the audio is bad.

  • (2023-10-26) Only reason it gets two stars instead of one is because when the extension works, it's fantastic... But it doesn't work all the time, and I uninstall and reinstall it every single day, sometimes twice a day.
  • (2023-10-20) Garret Zeiter: Very buggy software. Our team has frequent issues with logging calls, saving notes, and working cadences. Support team is very slow to respond and there are outages that last for hours too days on end. Furthermore our team has to remove and reinstall the extension near weekly to be able to make calls. Not impressed.

Now its completely wigging out when I try to add prospects to cadence directly from SFDC. I have to go back into Salesloft and copy/paste the prospect into search bar then add to cadence from there. Salesloft is really disappointing lately. Especially with how they are handling the recent iOS Sonoma update. Its been weeks and our team still cannot make calls from Chrome. Just awful (Fart noise)

Also, when I'm trying to add someone to a cadence in SFDC, it takes so long for the actual cadences to show up when I'm viewing within SFDC. It's hard to combine duplicates within Salesloft as well (if not impossible?)

  • (2023-10-11) Chris Bair: I found the reviews in the midst of uninstalling and reinstalling this extension - very buggy and most of my contacts complain that often times I keep breaking up or they're just hearing every other word, so I then have to apologize and call them from my cellphone. Is this Frustrating? Yes. Is this leaving a bad impression on my customers? Probably.

The audo/mic settings on my google chrome makes it so that every audio that plays from my computer is crackly and sometimes videos on provider sites like YouTube cannot play unless I disable audio. No extension should have that much negative effect on your browser.

The SalesLoft app in general is really bad, and I would never recommend sales leadership buy it, but this extension makes the main app seem passable by comparison.

  • (2023-06-16) Brittania Curtis: Hello! Same issue that everyone is saying - it disconnects regularly. You must remove the extension and re-add it and sometimes for it to work, you have to restart your browser. Our org will be changing systems in part because of this.
  • (2023-05-10) Michael Plunkett: According to the docs (https://help.salesloft.com/s/article/Connect-for-Salesforce-Troubleshooting#Import_Buttons_Appearing_in_Incorrect_Places) this issue was fixed, but we still have users with the latest version of Salesloft Connect having the "Import to Salesloft" button show up multiple times across the page in our CRM.
