• (2024-09-06) Abbie Godles: This POS extension ignores my settings and pops up ALL THE TIME IN UNWANTED PLACES. I literally cannot place grocery orders online because this awful, flaming dumpster fire of an extension gets in the way of entering my SNAP benefits PIN and when I go to close the popup, the PIN window disappears, and when I click again to finish paying, cue up the circle of stupidity. ADDS MORE STRESS TO MY LIFE THAN IT'S WORTH when I'm already dealing with serious medical issues requiring me to rely on online orders using SNAP benefits. Edit: And now this SCAM extension continues to re-install itself no matter how many times I remove and report it.
• (2024-04-26) wes d: no need to take up so much room for the pop up, and it is way too hard to turn off this app for a website. copy website address, click on add-on, settings, go to blocked websites, and paste. there should be an option right in the add on to turn off for the site. like you can with befrugal.

I posted this on 8/16/15. 1/29/2024 (UPDATE) To date I have recievd checks for a little over 1150.00. I know it isn't a million but as long as you remember to hit the purple R button( on my computer anyway. Colors may be different) you will get that check every couple of months. WHAT do you have to lose? Why not claim that free money. If you don't want or need it then donate it to a charity of your choice.

• (2023-11-08) Christie Ashley: I remember when it was E-Bates. Rakuten generally saves me money, but on several occasions, I've seen the price go up after Rakuten does it's discount code search. I may be getting a discount, but it's less that the original discount the store gave me. This happened again yesterday at GAP. My savings went from $102 to $98. I think the coding needs some help. Why would I want to spend 4 extra dollars? Otherwise, I LOVE it.

However, the bigger the purchases became the more I would have to contact support to figure out where my rewards were going. The thing that did it for me was when I made a reservation in May for a hotel stay for a large sum in May it did not appear. I contact support and they told it shows up after the booking in case of cancellation. Well booking has now passed and now they refuse the rewards due to it not being active. I am switching back to other programs like ibotta before going with them again.
