O Free Video Downloader permite que você baixe vídeos em todos os formatos conhecidos: mp4, webm, mpeg, ogg, etc. A extensão também permite baixar vídeos HTTP Live Streaming (HLS). O vídeo HLS é salvo no seu computador em um arquivo com a extensão .ts, que você pode ver posteriormente em qualquer reprodutor de mídia. Na nova versão, a extensão aprendeu a baixar streaming de vídeo MPEG-DASH e mesclar áudio e vídeo em um arquivo.

- (2024-11-13) yourguidefortheday: had been using with no issue for about 3 weeks, when I attempted to download a rather large video, 3 hours long, and over 3 GB in file size, and discovered that every time without fail the extension downloads about 2hrs 10min of the video (a little over 2 GB) and then stops and claims that it is finished. I have tried this with multiple long videos and have the same result. I would like the developer(s) to address this issue, as this is otherwise the best of this kind of extension I have encountered.
