• (2024-11-09) I am in my 80's and cannot get into True Key. I did not grow cutting my teeth on technology. Please guys do what I pay your for. Protect me. Make it simple so older folk can understand it.

Otra cosa es que recientemente tuve que reinstalar la extensión de Chrome por que ya no me estaba dejando guardar las contraseñas por que me decía error de conexión.

• (2024-09-12) As a paying customer McAfee, if you offer a product it's expected that we get that product. For weeks now I haven't been able to get into TrueKey as per usual. Only once over multiple tries, have I managed to land on the TrueKey sign in page. If Google is trying to block TrueKey it needs to be addressed and your customers need to be told, so be up front. If so, please enable BRAVE browser to be used. No matter what, we need to be told what's going on.
• (2024-09-11) Hasn't worked for the last week, Mcafee logged in twice still not working, as much use now as a chocolate fire guard, tried deleting the chrome extension still asking for verification but not receiving any email and don't have a second device to verify.
• (2024-09-06) Completely broken and useless. The app will not let me log in, it will not send notifications, it will not send the login requests to anything else and as such it can not be used is useless.

• (2024-08-07) Log-in Bugs - WP bugs, kind but insufficient support, no feedback from support. I'm even not sure if they have an on-house tech team. Most of the time working but actually not giving the feeling of stability and security.
• (2024-08-01) VERSION 4'S HAD WAY BETTER SEARCH USEABILITY. The app and extensions now make using True Key extreme hassle. Mobile and desktop have the same issue with searching. We use it as a family and have over 500 and trying too find by ID no longer works. Don't you test the updates? Firefox for some reason only goes too version 4 but any update in ver 5 does not get transferred too ver 4. The A>Z order seams too not know the alphabet. Why oh why did you not test the app!!!
• (2024-07-21) Trukey is buggy it freezes up then drops me for no reason. When I click on the password manager at the home page I get sent to download the app all over again.
• (2024-07-20) Same problen as everyone else. I can't log into TrueKey because it doesn'nt recognize my key and it won't let me update it. You need to fix this or give a way to stop it from doing thois or I will just delete it because it is very very fraustrating.
• (2024-07-11) I am on an endless loop....I login, enter password, wait for code via email, enter code from email and I land on a page that says my login was successful but there isn't anything beyond that. If I access the extension, then I have to go through the login process again.
• (2024-07-10) Good functionality but only when it can remain signed in. The whole point of having something like this is to not have to worry about entering passwords over and over again. But this thing keeps signing itself out. What a shame. Gonna get rid of it soon.
• (2024-07-08) It gets a one star because after two years of good service, lately it is glitchy. Keeps signing me out, will not open when I select is not popping up on web sites. The thought of moving all of this to another program gives me a headache, but I likely have no choice.

• (2024-07-04) I used to love this password manager app. If I had rated it one year ago, I would have given 5 stars. But at some point in the last few months, they made a significant change, because now it constantly logs off. All my browser settings are still set the same. I tried clearing cache and cookies with no luck. And I cannot ignore it, because then if I stay logged off, and I go to one my accounts to try and log in manually, the pop-up keeps coming up. It's now more of a hassle than just keeping all my passes in a separate file. Time to look for another password manager.

Hope someone from McAfee or Truekey is monitoring these comments and is dealing with this as I am considering moving to Bitwarden recommended by Compteractive magazine.

• (2024-06-25) I was content with True Key for Windows except that it did not allow a search by the Login Title field -- the field that you choose to call each entry. Instead, it forced search on the domain portion of the URL, which is completely unhelpful when the URL doesn't match the common name of the app (e.g., www.bible.com for the YouVersion Bible app, or dsot.onlinecu.com third party app for credit unions of various names). I could never get a response from McAfee when suggesting a fix. Now, like many others, I am completely frustrated that for a couple of months now True Key hasn't worked on Chrome browser for Windows (10 or 11). I get the login screen telling me the extension is working, but after putting in my PW it just "spins its wheels" indefinitely. Still works fine on our Android phones.

• (2024-06-22) Chrome(Windows 11) App Version 5.0.0.186 still does not have a search for login function. The app for Microsoft Edge still works. This needs to be fixed ASAP as we are paying for this app.

• (2024-06-20) TrueKey stopped working as an extension on Chrome (MacBook) for me. I spent days with levels 0-2 support until McAfee admitted other users also had this problem. It persisted for 2 weeks. Nobody told me when it was fixed. I've since switched password app to where the service is more reliable.

I have also updated 5.0.0.186 but still app is stuck in "Loading True Key App" I have been with McAfee for years this is making me loose trust on them as this issues being their for such a long time..

• (2024-06-09) This new CHROME update is horrible - Alphabetically order is so screwed up and the search feature is horrible - What happed - it was working fine with the last version - I opened the extension on a laptop that was not used for a while and before it updated to 5.0.0.186 it had a 4 version on it where the search worked great - and it listed Alphabetically perfectly the way it's been used for years, now with version 5 I have to constantly change to most recent just to see get it to alpha and hit do horizonal boxes instead of square.. FIX this issue please - have on 3 PC's and same issue on all.

• (2024-06-06) I've used True Key for several years without problems, but the past week or so, can't log into sites. A black box shows up over the login space saying I'm being logged in, and then nothing happens - no response to any input. I've quit using it for now as it makes accessing websites impossible.
