Description from store Have an issue or a great idea for this extension? Visit the support tab above to leave feedback. Main Points - Supports Classic and Lightning. - Gives a popup of the users listed on the user listing page so you can select to login as a different user on any page. - When a user is selected, it logs you in as that user and keeps you on the page you were viewing. - When you log out, it will take you back to the page you were originally on when you logged in as the other user. Additional Points - Above the user list in the popup, the "View" dropdown is available so you can change to another view from the user listing page. - Only the first 4 columns from the user listing table are shown by default (including the login column) since the popup has a limited width. A "All Columns" button is available if you can't identify the user you need by the default columns shown. Updates 6/14/2019 - Now supports lightning 7/8/2015 - Added Filter textbox for quickly finding users 4/23/2012 - Now works with emea accounts 4/1/2012 - Now works with custom Salesforce domains

  • (2024-04-17) Elise Saenz: Love this extension so much! Stopped working in sandboxes, however. Not sure if that has something to do with any domain updates on SFDC side. Hopefully it comes back there as well! Thank you!
  • (2023-12-07) Diane: This extension is a real time saver and productivity booster. My only wish is that there was a version for Firefox and Edge. Alternate browser support is a must have for testing.
  • (2022-03-10) Muse Operations: Super convenient for user switching. Now if only you could use this bad boy to file the case and toggle on the 'Login As' feature when it is off!

  • (2021-08-03) B R: it would be a great tool, if it respected the most important requirement for such a tool: open the session in an Incognito Window! Nearly 100% of the time, Admins need to log into Salesforce "as a specific user" while at the same time maintaining their own Security context in Setup. In the current stage, this tool is a nice idea, but I'd switch for the over-engineered Organizer instead (as it has the Incognito-capabilities).

  • (2017-12-06) Jamie Buck: I use this extension constantly and LOVE it. I can't imagine going back to the old way of having to Log In As someone. Only issue I have found is that it doesn't seem to load the list of your users when you are on visual force pages or outside apps installed in Salesforce. For me, though, that isn't a big deal. Once you login from a standard page (like Leads for example), you can navigate back to whatever page you originally wanted to see.

  • (2015-06-05) Why does this app need to Read my browsing history? Functionality wise: Works as expected. One downfall: We have a larger org (800 users), so I have to create User list views since there are no sort or filter options otherwise. It seems like it only shows about 300-40 users, with no Next Page or filter by Letter dialog
