HTML5 video and audio volume controller
Most of the websites allows us to stream/play videos, but plays at high volume(100%) which is annoying and immediately the user starts searching for volume adjuster.
This extension helps you to get rid of those annoying high volumes and it works similar to your system-level volume manager, which manages for all chrome tabs you are working on.
Changelog:
v0.4 - Configure volume step size
v0.3 - Keyboard shortcuts to increase/decrease/mute volume (see settings page for instructions)
Features:
- Play audio/video media with saved volume settings.
- Remembers previously saved volume level (even after cache clear/reboot). This helps to avoid checking for volume level while opening the chrome app freshly.
- A simple controller which controls volume of a video playing in any tab/window while you're working on other tab/window.
It helps you to get rid of high volume *auto-play* videos while browsing facebook, twitter, web.whatsapp, youtube and any other streaming sites (html5 videos).

Volume Bar'ı kaldırmışlar, sadece klavye kısayoluyla kullanılabiliyor.. 0-100 aralığında değişim sağlayan bir uygulama buldum sonunda diyordum ama bunu da çöp etmişler.
As of this date, this extension no longer works when you click (and maximize) the video. The volume suddenly goes to 100%

Funktioniert ganz gut. Richtig gut ist, dass man für Youtube eine Ausnahme setzen kann!
the UI was so confusing, I expected a slider to use, turn out I have to open the extension popup, then use the arrow key to control the volume. And this extension modify global volume which I don't need, I wish it modify individual tab instead.

A good extension that lets you watch YouTube videos at the original volume! Not without bugs, of course, but the extension does its job. I recommend that everyone use it. The author of this extension is a great man.

This worked as advertised until the last Chrome update. Now the slider knob is gone, the volume always says it is on 10% and all it can do is mute the tab.

Excellent volume crontrol, exctly what I was looking for with the YouTube, which has this tiny ittle volume indicator and so fussy to adjust. With the progam her it gives a full sized slider that is easy to see and operate. Wish I had found this years ago. Rgds and good luck to dev.

Hope for improvement 1.Hopes to add shortcuts can be used in the background, such as I watch the video full-screen would not be affected. 2.Enable extensions on YouTube, but don't change the volume UI of YouTube 3.After clicking on the extension icon, you can change the volume with the mouse wheel.

No matter how much I increased or decreased the volume, it didn't change at all. Just seems like an extension only there for looks, doesn't actually do anything.
