Gone are the days of scanning pages and pages to find a single missing billed trip. Get paid faster and spend less time worrying about the billing process by using the new WellRyde Billing Reconciler.
The WellRyde Billing Reconciler is the best way to make sure all trips are batched correctly in the LogistiCare TP portal. Simply click on the WellRyde icon from the Process ATMS Batches screen and sign in with your WellRyde credentials. After you are logged in, scan an open batch and the reconciler will tell you if any trips are missing and will allow you to send them over again.
The plugin will also mark failed trips as ‘Denied' in WellRyde to keep better track of what you haven’t been paid for as well as update Billed trips in LogistiCare with the LogistiCare Batch ID. Get back the hours wasted reconciling your company’s billing today with help from WellRyde.
Access to WellRyde and LogistiCare is required for this plugin to work.
