CrankWheel is free for limited commercial use for any number of users hosting up to 15 meetings per month, with enterprise-class features such as single sign-on (SSO), custom domains, white labeling, audit logging and CRM integration available on paid plans.
Phone conferencing from our partner service ConferenceCall.co.uk is integrated in CrankWheel. There is no subscription fee for this service, but for some dial-in numbers, there is a per-minute fee. Please see a full list of numbers and rates at http://bit.ly/ccuk-numbers.
We use the data we collect only to improve our screensharing services to benefit our users. Only for those enterprise customers that opt into the optional audit log or content filter features, we collect browsing history while screen sharing to enable these features. Also, only for accounts that specifically opt into sending us crash reports for diagnostic purposes, we collect crash reports using a 3rd party provider named Sentry, and such crash reports could potentially include personal data. - I love CrankWheel. Clients don't have to download anything to instantly see my screen. I can send a link to screenshare to their email. or text it from CrankWheel directly to their cell phone. I have even integrated it directly into my CRM, which is Go High Level. I can lookup a contact in GHL in the conversations tab and then launch CrankWheel with the customer already chosen and ready to send a link to. It looks like GHL will track that as a meeting and store it in the client's history too but I haven't used that yet. This is the easiest and fastest way to launch a screenshare I've found yet. And yes I do have the "standard" meeting software people also use, but I rarely use it. CrankWheel is now my favorite screen share app. Try it.

- With the help of CrankWheel, we figured out how to share our screen with someone else using only a link and some magic. Extra helpful when dealing with non-technical prospects; all the information they need is readily available at the touch of a button. - I recently switched to CrankWheel from another screen sharing software. I thought the other software was easy to use, but it was buggy, and the only way to share my screen was via email. If my client couldn't find the email, I was out of luck. With CrankWheel, if my client can't find the email, I send a text, and when they click on the link, they're instantly on the screen I'm sharing. I can see exactly what tab I am sharing. I can even see if their screen size is different than what I'm sharing, and I can see if my screen is cut off. I love this software!
