- I love CrankWheel. Clients don't have to download anything to instantly see my screen. I can send a link to screenshare to their email. or text it from CrankWheel directly to their cell phone. I have even integrated it directly into my CRM, which is Go High Level. I can lookup a contact in GHL in the conversations tab and then launch CrankWheel with the customer already chosen and ready to send a link to. It looks like GHL will track that as a meeting and store it in the client's history too but I haven't used that yet. This is the easiest and fastest way to launch a screenshare I've found yet. And yes I do have the "standard" meeting software people also use, but I rarely use it. CrankWheel is now my favorite screen share app. Try it.

If my client couldn't find the email, I was out of luck. With CrankWheel, if my client can't find the email, I send a text, and when they click on the link, they're instantly on the screen I'm sharing. I can see exactly what tab I am sharing. I can even see if their screen size is different than what I'm sharing, and I can see if my screen is cut off. I love this software!
