it might need an update, there are two buttons next to 'more' button; these are 'settings' & 'tools'. no 'search tools' button exits.

I've been looking for this! But it seems that rather than just specifying the target language for search results - it actually changes the google search interface to be native for that language. I would rather it only did the former...
