- Folks please stop asking for this extension author to remove "tab bar at the top". Extensions CAN'T do that. :) For whatever an extension is allowed to do, this one does a great job. And chrome is already working on adding vertical tabs support natively so you won't need this soon...

- Looks good however it takes up to much room especially compared to Edge which can be adjusted to take less or more of the screen. Likely Google's issue. I used chrome forever but switched to edge for this reason.

- Looks good and great to use. But I hope that it can hide the tab bar on the top horizon to make the screen bigger and clean since these tabs are shown on the right in Vertical Tabs.

- Select color background . make side bar custom resizable in excess of current settings. Drag and drop to other side etc.

- It's simple but it works. As someone who's deep in the Google ecosystem, it really annoys me how Chrome is lagging further and further behind other browsers. This gives at least a simple tab overview in the sidebar (which you can move to the left).

- I would make this five stars if the extension had the following basic features, which Edge and others have: 1. The tab icons at the top should be able to be hidden. 2. The tabs should be able to be grouped by dragging and dropping one tab onto another to create a new group. 3. Tabs should be able to be added to a group by dragging and dropping to a closed group. 4. Tabs should be able to be dragged and dropped to be the last tab in a group. 5. When I drop a tab into a new group, the closed group next to it should not suddenly open!

- This is helpful for the new Perplexity Comet Browser, since it doesn't include vertical tabs natively. I would prefer the option to somehow pin the sidebar to the left side (mirroring Edge), since the Comet Assistant gets pushed into the center of the page when both are active.

- I think it's a fantastic extension. Much needed in the world of tabs. I would like the ability to reduce the width of the pane itself, but I'm not sure if that's a chrome limitation or not. Seems to be only as small as around 380px.

- Some key functions is not minimum usable and also anti-chrome browser function patterns: 1. New tab add to group: this is important to me as I have many tabs (>30 in a window) to manage and most of the time I want to move the tab to a project collection; the feature doesn't list out all groups, which means often I have to do workarounds. 2. Close group: there is a difference between "close group" (close tabs but group stays in project), and "delete group" (like cleaning out the project). However the extension feature of "close group" is the same as "delete group", which is frightening because I almost lost a whole group of important project tabs. Pls fix these 2 most important features above and I would love to come back and re-try again. I do love your UI and cleanness of the extension! :)

- Vertical tabs extension - Horizontal & Side bar - limitations - Not able to resize side bar , So it occupies major portion of display , that's too much for 24'' display. Cannot hide Horizontal bar . Though these are mentioned , I gave it a try but looks clumsy

- Okay, they added vertical tabs, but there are no favorite tabs, and the regular tabs are still there too. It feels half-baked.

- Minimal vertical tabs extension (doesn't have any options unlike VertiTab for example) Works great and doesn't have any bugs though. Not my cup of tea as I like to customize more but giving it 5 stars for the great implementation. Thank you!

- I have relied on vertical tabs for years and was sad to see it leave windows. This is almost a great replacement. I will use it but it needs to be adjustable (width) and it would look better and more integrated if it was tabs. It should also replace the horizontal tabs. We don't need both. So---change the look, and make them adjustable.

- Pros: 1: integrated inside same chrome window same like tree style view in Firefox. Cons: 1: we can not reduce width, lots of space is blocked because of this. 2: no tree style view

- So with the extension we have both the view of the tabs, horizontal as well as vertical and that too with this wide view, the webpage view is getting reduced .

- the best vertical tabs extension, ive tried the others. Mimics arc browser very well

- Nice work! No complaints so far. Functions well. The only thing I might want is to be able to half the amount of padding used in the tab cells (I'm using it on a desktop with a mouse). I tried enabling Compact view, but that eliminates the domain/url which I'd like to keep. Another thing to add might be a Reopen Closed Tab entry on the hamburger menu on the search line, or add a context menu for it when right-clicking on the plus (+) at the bottom of the vertical tab list. Sometimes that is handy when you are driving with a mouse and want to avoid having to move to the keyboard to press Ctrl-Shift-T.

- Fabulous, a dream come true. BUT, it's way too wide on my monitor. Out of 20 inches, it takes up 5 1/4. I'd love to be able to have it about half as wide BECAUSE I could easily tell what the tab was about at that width—And I wouldn't have to horizontal scroll then. Please consider allowing that. I see you can drag the width, but it's a hard stop once it hits that minimum width you(?) set (I'm assuming it's under your control). I guess a "make do" is to only open the panel when needed, but I really prefer to spontaneously look at the tabs while working, so it would be best to leave the panel open all the time.

- Lol, but it's just a new window now duplicating the tabs up top. What's the point? Why would I need to have this in two places? Specific implementation of tabs on the side is great, but I don't understand what problem it solves if I can't hide the top bar.

- Niceee! But for some reason theme switching doesn't work. Chrome is set to the Light theme, but the extensions is still dark

- Nice extension. Allows tab search, allows dragging tabs around. Negative: after tab is deleted scrolls to the bottom of current group. When there is lots of tabs in the group that forces to constantly scroll back near the deletion. It would be reasonable to keep the position in the list so the selection moves to the tab below deletion.

- it is nice to have the vertical tabs, but not being able to hide the top ones is not great. i don't want to have them at the top or bottom. A limitation that Edge solves.

- This is such a good idea when I have more than 20 tabs. Love it! I know that we could change the position of the list in the top right menu but I want the tablet list on the left for my left monitor and on the right for my right monitor, so that I could keep the webpage in the middle. If we could do that that would be awesome! But anyway, this is such a good work, and I cannot live without it now.
