This was tested under Windows 10.
IMPORTANT (old chrome versions):
1. COLORED EMOJI supported from version 53!
2. Skin-Colored Emojis consist of TWO Symbols (the second is a rectangle), just copy BOTH and paste where needed. Read the titles of sections for actual color.
3. For "extra" unicode7 emojis install a font if you see rectangles:
