does'nt work don't buy it
It doesn't work at all, and it is no longer supported. I paid for the extension a few years ago. It initially worked, and the developer was responsive. In the last few months, it has worked on fewer and fewer sites. Now, it doesn't work at all, and the developer doesn't respond to any support requests.
I paid for the extension and never received anything, it said a username password would come but never did. When I went to 'forgot password' it said no record found.

The software worked as described. The initial set up/onboarding, login and instructions were a bit unclear. It could definitely use a clearer / user friendly flow. For example: - To login to the extension, I had to pin it to the quick access bar in order to access the login screen - The website itself lacks instructions on where or how to login - The emails received eventually explain most of it - this point isn't mentioned when you first register which would have been helpful At the end of the day, after it was set up, it was fairly simple to use. It downloaded the videos quickly. Downloading simultaneous videos (10+), causing some to fail but I was able to resume/restart. Not sure if it was related to the extension or just the number of simultaneous downloads.

The positive reviews are all scam. You have to pay 27$ a month to use it. Stay away from it. Its not worth that amount of money.

This extension is the diamond of softwares that I've been searching for! I couldn't find anything else out there that was like Video Renegade! This tool has been very valuable to me in the use of downloading video content that I have purchased online. Before I had to access my content exclusively via web browser and that's it! But now that I have Video Renegade it totally changed the game. Now I could watch the content where ever I go! Thank you! Video Renegade knows what's up, thanks guys!

COMPLETE SCAM!!! there is no way to end your subscriptions and you don't get any software with the purchase!! STAY AWAY FORM THIS!!! now i have to figure out how to end my subscriptions by contacting my credit card company. What a massive waste of time!

Worthless until you pay their $27 per month subscription!
Highly useful software. Pay-only service. Would have appreaciated a trial version to test it before purchase and a way of canceling myself without having to contact the support at [email protected]. Aside of that I was very pleased with the software, which worked flawlessly.

When you sign up, it says you can cancel anytime, but try to cancel and it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a way to do so. Meanwhile my credit card keeps getting charged. Surely Google should check that when people claim you can cancel at any time, you can actually do so? I feel ripped off and frustrated. Horrible experience.
