This is the most rubbish app I have ever seen, please do not top up on their official website, the money back guarantee they promised is completely deceptive, can this app be used normally on mobile phones and PCS? When you ask for a refund, they will always evade all kinds of excuses, garbage companies and garbage services!!

I expect from Ultra VPN the promised chrome extension to establish a secure VPN connection, because that's what I've paid for. I've checked several connection to CH and US servers. It seems to work and displays "Connected" in the app, but "WhatismyIP" always displayed my unprotected, regular IP address. UltraVPN, are you still practicing with this chrome extension?
