Nord vpn for windows and nordvpn extension for chrome browser was working fine since I bought the subscription, but from past few weeks (3 week), Both the desktop app and extension are unable to connect even though my internet is working completly fine, then I tried same account on mobile app and it was working fine. Please fix the desktop app and extension asap.

The browser extension is unstable (e.g, claims maximum number of connections are reached -although it is installed to a single browser-, doesn't reconnect, etc). The desktop version works fine

Extension can't log me in, while I'm successfully logging in on both https://nordvpn.com/ and https://nordaccount.com/
I have to remember to leave the pop-up open every time I shut down my Chromebook otherwise, on top of waiting 5 minutes for it to actually become connected (which... doesn't that even defeat the whole purpose??), I even have to look for the Nord VPN window and open it. Overall extremely unhappy with the product - takes forever to become active, does not seem to automatically connect, and the ad protection keeps malfunctioning. Do not recommend it and will not renew my subscription.

I currently have several months left on my already paid for subscription and am NOW locked out of using my account and cannot even find a way to cancel my remaining account OR to get anyy meaningful assistance fromm anywhere on the NORD site. It has always been a useful program but as of (apparently now useless software). SOMEONE should be available to make it work or get it off of my computer.

I have used Nord VPN for a number of years with very few problems - all problems being resolved quickly by their support teams. I have just moved over to Linux Mint and am delighted to say Nord works on this platform. I'm sure that the lack of adverts is due to the partnership between Nord and Brave. Well done Nord.

The only issue I’ve experienced is when quickly switching between countries—after about 10 changes, it stops connecting for a while. Other than that, everything works great.
