This adds the Solarized Light theme to your devtools. Some brief setup time is required, as this is a non-standard theme for Chrome. See below for instructions.
TO INSTALL:
1. Open chrome, and navigate to chrome://flags/
2. Search for 'Enable Developer Tools experiments', and click 'Enable'
3. Restart chrome
4. Go to developer settings (CMD+ALT+I on Mac)
5. Click the settings icon (a small cog)
6. Click 'experiments', and then enable 'Allow Custom UI Themes'
7. Install this app
8. Open dev tools again - no reload needed - and your changes should be there!

On my machine, the contrasts between text and background is small, making most of the text illegible.
Great color scheme, but it animates the elements panel when inspecting elements by increasing the font size of each line of the DOM.
