Great extension. Currently though it can only act on 'all sites', or a whitelist of sites. It would be very useful to have it act on 'all sites', but with a blacklist of sites where it's disabled

Perfect in every way!
Top notch extension! Works almost perfectly for everything. One issue I came across is Google Keep: https://keep.google.com When editing notes and pressing backspace to erase the site closes the note as if I had navigated back in the browser history. Even though I have a text-field in the note focused. EDIT: Didn't see this issue had already been brought up.
Really useful! It's a 5-star extension except that it seems that it doesn't work well with every site. web.whatsapp.com breaks the extension. On that page, it becomes impossible to delete what is written using backspace. Similar problem happens on keep.google.com where it doesn't detect we're editing text and it goes back to the previous page... Could you either fix this or add a way to disable the extension on some websites?
Can't begin to understand why they would remove what we've been doing for years to go back, but this fixes it perfectly! Great work!

Great feature! Has some issues with WhatsappWeb, since it won't let you delete your text, but will instead try to take you to the page before.

Why they changed it I can't say, but personally I liked it better this way.
Best one so far! Author thought of everything, including working on ftp sites. It's even smaller than 6KB. Good job!

OMG. There are other extensions that restore backspace to go back a page... but only THIS one ALSO suppresses the annoying message in a big black box "Use alt left arrow to go back" that appears every time you press backspace. I am so relieved I could cry.
