- Let me install Password Manager again. SecurePass doesn't autofill properly. Slow. Nice UI but bad UX. Doesn't even let you change the default password manager. It forces Chrome to use this extension when installed.
- ROBERT STUTSEL
- Originally it was recommended by Choice Magazine as being free, well that lasted about 5 minutes. They appear to be more interested in money than security. I am always getting emails to upgrade. I also get emails wanting me to pay extra for what I had already paid for. Very difficult to use. Complicated. I am only getting it because Choice says it is the best but very annoying.

- Sorry, but for Chrome (Windows), it's a mess. The extension logs out several times a day, even when saving the login data. This makes it quite useless due to my secure login process which I need to repeat several times a day. Even when being logged in, it fails to open the Vault. At the moment of writing the review, (again) I can't even login to my Vault. Really disappointing.

- Guys, I reinstalled the system on my computer from a backup, and now some issues have popped up. Could you please explain how it’s possible that the two-factor code for a certain website is different on my phone compared to my computer, and the one on the computer doesn’t work? I mean, the codes are different. And how can I make them the same?

- Works well. Not sure why people are complaining.
- Jamie O'Farrell
- Not sure why so many people complaining, it works fine, setting up bringing passwords across can be a slight challenge if not good with computers but that's what support or youtube tutorials are for. overall enjoying it and the identity set up is very handy.

- Where are my passwords? I have used password manager, for a whole year and have all my passwords there? Now I updated to this secure pass and I can't find my passwords????
- David Hoyle
- I have used Bitdefender for a few years. It has always been good. They have recently introduced the Password Manager to me. It is literally useless. It does not autofill and at the same time prevents Google from auto filling as it used to do. So, instead of a secure helpful app, I have a secure app that creates work, hassle and irritation. I will be removing it.

- This password manager is terrible. It started off partially working but now it won't even autofill at all, and it has issues loading constantly, in general this a poor excuse for a password manager. Maybe the developers are vibe coding this application and that's why it's so terrible. Get good developers and stop building poorly written software.

- Switched from Norton to Bitdefender and I'm on the fence. Actually, the issue isn't really with Bitdefender overall, but with the password manager. It won't autofill and I can see from other reviews this is a common problem. As a result, it makes me nervous about Bitdefender as a whole. It keeps asking me to download the extension and it's already been downloaded. A 2.9 star out of 5 rating isn't all that encouraging.
- Kristina Godau
- I'm trying to use the extension with Google Chrome and it keeps asking me to login to my account, even though I am logged in. It's also not saving new login information. This is unbelievable frustrating. I don't want to go back to Firefox, but I may have to if this can't be fixed.

- Windows. Chrome browser. Automatic login and password filling has stopped working. Clicking on ‘Report autofill issue’ does nothing.
- Joey Paul
- Not sure yet. Still setting everything up. But the app literally throws a popup to rate my experience after EVERY SINGLE account save. So I'm leaving a mediocre review after getting annoyed to death. Here is your obligatory review.
- MyDon
- I hate this new password manager application. It dose not auto fill my sites. I don't like having to input the URL to save a password to it. Then when I need the password I cannot get to it. Go back to the old one!
- David Bowman
- Very sucure asks for password frequently. Would like an option for fingerprint only unlock. Not sure why frequently need to login to bitdefender and need a master password? Logging into the app should have option of fingerprint OR main bitdefender password OR master password. Still worth the money though using it on chrome laptop, cell phone and running bitdefender antivirus on both too.
- Paul Wilkinson
- Much improved user interface over Password Manager. Need to be careful storing passwords properly - you can end up changing a password and then getting lock out of a site. However, it works well once it is set up and feels secure.
- Peter Gilson
- I am blocked from security SMS with the confirmation code for my VISA transaction. I have to look for a code sent by SMS but the SMS dissapears in a blink as soon as it is received. No way to get it back, no way to find the code to finish my VISA payment transaction. This really handicaps me!
- Sarah Johnson
- I find this hard to use. It blocks me from my credit cards accounts as well as my bank.
- KUDZAI BOSHA
- it works but struggles to identify localhost Urls and is easily overridden by the browsers password manager
- Deadly Xenomorph
- The pin unlock and timing is extremely frustrating. I've just tried to type in the pin 12 times, saw it said use master password so did that, then tried again, it then asked for my pin again twice. The older version worked much better. It needs to be fixed
- Martin Danger
- Doesn't feel finished. The app works, but there are bugs present. Eg, I keep getting asked to enter my PIN. Over and over again, yet I am logged in and my login has not timed out. And when I click the extension icon, I can see my saved items (meaning I am logged in, no timeout applies). Also autofill sometimes overwrites fields (eg email addresses) when it shouldn't. Eg, editting a contact to google contacts, the email field is filled in with my email address. This isn't a login page. If you don't realise this has been done (you don't get any warnings), you end up deleting the original email address and replacing it with your own. Frustrating.

- great

- First day using it, couldn't import from nordpass by name, missing some filter and category organization that would make it much more user friendly, would be good to search in the folder for account not just website name
- Samiullah Stanikzai
- :)i wish i can give 10000000000 stars
- Robert Pierce
- Problem signing in to a website. Wouldn't autofill a password that I'd been using in Password Manager that I no longer use.
- KGP
- Works great, but would be even better if automatically saves your password from browser... unless im doing something wrong
- Trent Adams | Finly
- does nothing, cant even open it let alone add my own passwords in it
- Anto Subasic
- Only thing that is working is installation. Avoid and try something else
- Rohullah Hussain-Zada
- Works great. Few issues of not being able to accept new logins automatically from websites so have to add it manually but works great otherwise.
- Daniel R
- excellent product
- Jozef Mruskovic
- Excellent application for authorization and secure backup of input data into secured applications and websites. But in general, it is another application that needs to be fed with new data and if you have been using a password storage application somewhere for many years (for me: on APPLE there is the password app, on Windows I have KeePass, Bitdefender Password manager installed locally) it is just another waste of time and confusion about what to prioritize, and where I should actually have the most important data, and whether I should move it from left to right, just to use this application the most. So it is up to each of us to give this application a chance and at least acknowledge that it is a good choice.

- I'm always impressed with Bitdefender products! Thank you and it works great!
- Maxim Shmyd
- Love how it works but really annoying that signs me out after a couple days, resigning in makes me not want to use it
- Alberto Bailon
- Is working fine for me. Works similar to lastpass
- IG
- Works fine , every time each time .....reliable , trustworthy and easy to use
- Jane King
- It seems to work well but I too had problems importing passwords. (a) There is no facility to identify duplicate entries - for example, if you import from Password Manager, Edge and Chrome exports, you will find entries that are in more than one of the imports. Trying to consolidate a number of exports from different systems and times, I ended with a database of several thousand entries, most of which appeared 5 or 6 times. I ended up having to merge all the CSV files into one large Excel spreadsheet and then sorting/filtering duplicates manually! (b) For Password Manager there is a good help section enabling one to create a template CSV file with the right headings ready for an import but there is no equivalent for SecurePass. I therefore had to use Password Manager CSV as my format for importing, even though a SecurePass CSV import might have been more accurate.
- Ken Pischel
- The instructions are difficult. When attempting to import passwords, SecurePass prompts for the file type. I have no idea except that it's from my browser. There should be guidance for users in this vital step.
- JT Beebe
- it does it's job. I dig it.
- Jo (Jo)
- not perfect for all sites, but does the job
- Jaycee
- Not the best, but it's getting much better with time. I trust Bitdefender, but I wish this password protector came with their Total Security package. It seems excessive to charge an additional fee for something everyone else bundles into their products.
- StefanN
- There is work that can be done (many improvements). But it does its job and it works (most of the time). Most important: it looks and it feels secure, which is what I was looking for.
- Gaurav Satadeve
- doesn't pick up automatically that well as others
- Veronica Deac
- Happy to use Bitdefender, already for the past 3 years.

- Easy to install! My business thanks Bitdefender, as now I have the knowledge, that I'm secure to the same level as the major Corporations. Many thanks...
- Roland ANSTETT
- Excellent
- Unknown Teller
- This was so helpful and easy to use
- Ron Hummert
- I'm 71 and not a computer whiz. All the add this, add that has confounded and confused me to a state of embarrassment. I bought Bitdefender Premium Security and Bitdefender Digital Identity Protection. I don't know if I've set up Bitdefender and the additional software correctly or not. I like things to be user friendly and easy to follow. Oh well, I'll just plod along and hope for the best.
- Cynthia Dominguez
- It worked during my trial but now that I have paid full price it says my subscription isn't valid. The PIN I set doesn't work either, it just gets stuck. Completely useless. What am I paying for?
