- I'm 71 and not a computer whiz. All the add this, add that has confounded and confused me to a state of embarrassment. I bought Bitdefender Premium Security and Bitdefender Digital Identity Protection. I don't know if I've set up Bitdefender and the additional software correctly or not. I like things to be user friendly and easy to follow. Oh well, I'll just plod along and hope for the best.

- It worked during my trial but now that I have paid full price it says my subscription isn't valid. The PIN I set doesn't work either, it just gets stuck. Completely useless. What am I paying for?

- Can't even figure out how to activate it. Just sends me round a loop from this site to Chrome website, t o Bitdefender and back, but no other options. The extensions site has a button saying 'Remove from Chrome', suggesting it is already installed, so how do I get into it?? No sign of it in the Bitdefender menu. So frustrating!

- I'm thankful to have such a comprehensive product, I just haven't been able to figure out how to make the best use of it. My life is very complicated right now & I just don't have the time to devote to learning how to use Bitdefender as a whole. I have it on all my devices but it's working on it's own. Havent figured out how to use the password feature, it seems to fill some in and others it doesn't (probably needs me to give it info?) but when I am trying to log into sites the little black tag is kind of annoying because it blocks my view trying to manually add.

- This tool has slowly been improving. I have been using it since the beginning and there were endless bugs that I came across. There are still some problems. I recently created a new login on a website and SecurePass never prompted me to add it to the vault. So I had to do it manually. I would say that for the most part it does what I need it to do on my PC and my Phone.

- Application works okay, except that activation time seems to be long. When starting the browser, the first always requires me to start the SecurePass app myself. Also, if you use the protected browsing feature, it seems to have no access to the vault. So, I have to logon to my Bitdefender account, get the MFA from the email, then logon to the vault again. Very secure, but also cumbersome. Fnialy: stop bothering me with asking for reviews. It's annoying.

- Awesome tool. Helps me on a daily basis filling up my passwords. What's nice is that being from a renowned security company such as Bitdefender makes me trust it a lot. Love the "security scan" feature, which allows me to update my passwords and keep them safe in case they end up in some leak somewhere on the internet.

- Bitdefender user for years. I used to run large AI/ML Data mining projects. Bitdefender stays ahead of threat issues, is seamless with apps and continues to get better! It's on all my IoT devices. I have started using their SecurePass and wish I had done it sooner. I have never look at another threat protection product once I began using Bitdefender.

- I am enjoying Bit Defender Secure Pass now that I have got my head around how it all works, it is easy to use & it gives you a great feeling of confidence, knowing all my important stuff is secure & easily accessible for those two step verifications that I need for my other email & online accounts & it has encouraged me to be more online security conscience & confident with the way I go about it. I now have 3 copies of my important email & other important accounts information, passwords etc. One on paper, one on my PC & the third in the Bitdefender Vault & it is very satisfying & confident to know & have all that info secure & easily accessible at my finger tips & no one elses, when I need it. Good job Bitdefender!

- I have total confidence in Bitdefender. SecurePass is great and I love the secure vault to hold other sensitive information that can be quickly accessed, which is super helpful. The only down side to SecurePass is that it can be bit quirky and sometimes it will auto fill the credentials and sometimes not, what is really frustrating is when it has worked so well for months with major bank and credit card websites and then all of a sudden stops working altogether or sometimes it will only populate the username and others it will only populate the password, and you have copy the missing parts from the extension.

- I have had bitdefender for about a year. The antivirus is absolutely great. The company does not try to sell me something every week. However the password manager is terrible. I have not been able to set it up or use it. It scrambles passwords to the point when it does open the passwords are useless. I have been trying to go back to my google password manager as it works, but unable to get bitdefender to allow me to use it.

- Hello Bitdefender, The SecurePass is better than the old password manager, by far. One issue that I have found is that the complex passwords that are generated are way to good for simple online systems to allow. Here here to Bitdefender. This app can be found on any google page as is easy to work with. I will recomend it to anyone. Keep up the good work.

- The worst password manager. Every time I need to use it I'm logged out of my account so now instead of saving the hassle of logging into the website now I have to go through the hassle and log into Bitdefender. Half of these websites it doesn't even ask to save the information like it doesn't recognize it as a log in. And even when you have the info saved it fails to autofill it half the time I had to switch my anti virus from Kaspersky which had excellent password protection/management. Coming from that, this is the absolute worst. I'm to the point I'm going to try a different virus protection when this license expires just to see how well the password management is. I can't imagine it being any worse than this.
