- I wouldn't be able to do my job without Enhanced Image Viewer. I enter bills for a auto glass company and I use this for interpreting the VIN number for individual jobs. This really makes it so easy to look at the VIN and Use it in our billing process.

- I do lots of graphic designs. EIV gives me extra tools to capture detail from an image without using magnifier. I can flip an image in many ways to make interesting patterns and mirror images. Those who do not use this extension do not know what they are missing. EIV has endless possibilities and stimulates my creative incentives. I thank the creator for this amazing gift.

- I never write reviews, but this dev updated the extension to add a feature I directly reached out to ask them for and I thought that was amazing! The extension itself does everything I want it to in terms of things like zooming, rotating and is nicely minimalist/non-intrusive. Only wish this was available on Firefox too. Thank you!

- his extension does exactly what it promises. It’s simple, but so effective. Zoom, scroll, rotate everything works like a charm. No more awkward zooming in and out!
- Jacob Carter
- This extension is a must-have if you often open images in new tabs. It makes Chrome feel polished and professional

- Good options, image quality. But one thing is lacking. The option to save the image you are viewing, with the ability to customize the hot key for that. You have ability to zoom, flip, ...etc, why saving the image option is not available? That would make this an excellent replacement for Imagus and others.
- Stephen Tan
- awesome extension!
- charlie Ana
- This should be a default Chrome feature. Amazing for artists and anyone who needs more than basic image viewing.
- Guo Hui
- Best image viewer ever
- Mathias Romor
- Love this extension! It gives you total control over how images are displayed rotate, zoom, pixelate, flip, all from your browser. I work with a lot of high-res art and screenshots, and this makes it much easier to inspect details.
- Chen Jie
- I love that it removes the headers and footers from images, making them much easier to view.
- ddd dvb
- good extension, but please do not show too much update notification. useless information. you can show it when the extension is just in use. thanks for your development.
- Eugene Ahn
- Unless you open-source this, it will remain uninstalled. All these dramatic changes are a red flag, and browsing history permission is a tell what this malware is up to. I will periodically check to see if you have open sourced. Until then, AVOID.
- Tomsaulk
- The reason this now requires access to your BROWSING HISTORY to work on a specific image is... WHAT? Please tell us WHY you need access to this UNRELATED, PRIVATE DATA, for this extension. It was a good extension until, it became spyware. I hope it reverts back to a useful and friendly extension in the future.

- Can we have back fill to window behavior for small images that fills them by center of the screen not according to mouse position it was clicked on? I always get small images on the up-left, right-down etc but not on the center! And the second one which I really beggin' for: for invoked images in the current tab, can it be closed by tapping empty non-image area? It's very inconvenient everytime to move your cursor to to the upper right corner to close it! And big gratitude for your work, its really the best image viewer for Chrome!

- why open changelog.html everytime I start chrome
- Mihkel Nõmm
- A must-have extension. Been using it for years. Only thing that could make it better is a double-click action to view an inline image in the current tab - without having to right-click and selecting the "view image in current tab" option. Also perhaps right-clicking on the opened image viewer could close the overlay. I feel this would make viewing images so much more convenient, but it's just a suggestion :)

- Needs a toggle feature for the "smooth" actions
- Jeremy Sawinski
- Been bugged for a little bit. When you zoom in and pan around the image will keep resetting position, which makes it incredibly difficult to inspect larger images.
- Zed
- Intuitive, simple, and useful. An absolute must-have to use sites that like to keep their brand or web framing around images. If only this existed for Firefox!
- Lily Jane
- One of the best Chrome extensions I’ve ever used
- Raja Raje
- Excellent for Zoom & Pan
- Yap Boon Heong
- This is one of those rare extensions that just works. Simple, powerful, and exactly what I needed. Thank you!
- Harry Potter
- Finally, an extension that strips the unnecessary headers and footers from Reddit images! Works like a charm even with galleries. Reddit users NEED this.
- Koh Jia Hui
- One of the best extensions I’ve used.
- Frank Tani
- This extension makes viewing images online much easier. I no longer have to right-click and open images in a new tab. It’s simple, fast, and very useful, especially for media-rich websites. Just wish it had a dark mode!
- Josh David
- This is hands down the best image viewer extension I’ve used! The zoom is incredibly smooth, and the resolution stays crystal clear even when zoomed in. Perfect for browsing product images, artwork, or anything visual. Highly recommend!
- wale wale
- incredibly valuable.
- Holly
- What I love most about this extension is how seamless it feels. The mouse and keyboard shortcuts are intuitive and make navigating large images effortless.
- LEE CHI
- This extension is exactly what I've been looking for. I often open images directly in Chrome, and the default behavior is so basic—no zoom, no pan, no rotation. With this extension, I can now zoom with the mouse wheel, rotate with a keypress, flip, pixelate, and even scroll images with better control.
- Stephanie Mic
- Excellent for artists reviewing their own work online. I can flip horizontally to check symmetry. Perfect!
- Felix Raymond
- This extension doesn’t try to do too much, but everything it does, it does well. Just being able to click and drag to pan an image makes a world of difference. The controls are super responsive and customizable, and I appreciate that it works in incognito and with local files. Also love that it hides scrollbars without messing anything up.
- YourTech Partner
- I appreciate the ability to switch between center and top-left alignment. It gives me better control over layout.
