- I had originally given this 4 stars... It declined to 3 when it started not recognizing it was installed, and is now down to 2 stars as it is becoming nearly as intrusive and stupid as the ads it was designed to block. I will not renew my subscription

- I was tripled billed and the total ad block doesn't even work. I contacted the Help centre and they wanted $5 to assist me. I have a ticket for someone to contact me back but they haven't. This is a total scam.

- I love the new (to me) website. It is much easier to navigate and find the information needed. I have had great success at blocking ads and popups. The only thing confusing to me is the different products. What is the difference between TotalAV and Total Ad Blocker. Do I need both?

- all is fine when all set up but far to complicated to install,,and far to pushy trying to get you buy endless addons,, it should just show a list of available add ons so can easy tick any wanted rather than never ending popups

- Customer service stinks. Multiple charges were made to my PayPal. When I requested that they cancel and refund they refused to help - in steading requiring I set up the accounts and use their portal to request a refund and cancellation. A second request for help netted the same response.

- Total Trash. Not only it didn't remove YouTube adds before videos, it added their own pop-ups. I guess one needs to be a paying subscriber to see if it works. Uninstalling.

- Do you want an adblocker that will pop up its own ads for you? Then this is the extension for you. For everyone else, skip. I had sites list this as the top recommended, that's crazy to me.

- It blocks every other ad but itself. It will have popups on every new tab to get you buy premium, and open new tabs trying to do the same thing. Trying to watch youtube? You'll get a popup telling you how many ads they've blocked.
