डार्क थीम - क्रोम के लिए डार्क रीडर लगभग सभी वेबसाइटों पर नाइट मोड सक्षम करता है और आपको उन वेबसाइटों पर अंतर्निहित डार्क थीम को नियंत्रित करने की क्षमता देता है जिनमें यह है।
अगर वेबसाइट में अंतर्निहित नाइट थीम है, तो आप इसे सीधे एक्सटेंशन से नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं और अगर ऐसा नहीं है (जैसे जीमेल, गूगल डॉक्स, ऑफिस ऑनलाइन, गिटहब और लाखों अन्य), तो हम डार्क मोड पर आपको सहज संक्रमण प्रदान करने के लिए रंगों को परिवर्तित करेंगे।

आपको सभी टैब को रिफ्रेश करना होगा, जो डार्क मोड और नाइट शिफ्ट इंस्टॉल होने से पहले खोले गए थे। आप सभी टैब को एक साथ रिफ्रेश करने के लिए क्रोम को रीस्टार्ट भी कर सकते हैं। अन्यथा, नाइट शिफ्ट केवल नए खुले टैब के साथ काम करेगा।

- Works great on pages that don't auto-switch to dark mode despite device or bowser settings. On Brave (Chromium based, ,so it should work, right?) it turns pages that are usually dark mode to light mode. Do I want to constantly be turning it on and off when I visit sites? No. Yes, you can add to a list of sites for it to remember how to behave, but not recognizing dark mode and changing it to light mode is just bad programming. And no, I won't try it on Chrome, because Brave blocks all ads.

- Can we export our settings? Because I generally have a list of sites where I want to enable dark mode, but after any update, all the saved sites are gone, or perhaps we can have a button to add the opened site to the whitelist/ blacklist that can also make setup very easy.

- Site list exclusions always removed whenever you get a chrome or windows update so you have to painstakingly add each site again. Their support team doesn't respond to inquiries timely. Look elsewhere for a more consistent solution.
