Replaces the chat on Twitch.tv with Chatterino.

Overlay the Twitch.tv live chat with Chatterino, bringing the native performance and features of Chatterino to the website. Have the same experience chatting no matter if you are watching or are in offline chat.
We use events and data provided by the browser to overlay a native Chatterino window over the browser. The information includes the channel in which the user is in, as well as the size of the chat. Changing the tab or closing a window causes the Chatterino application to hide/show the window. Chatterino tracks the position and z-level of the Browser window and moves itself accordingly.
NOTE:
- This extension only works on Windows.
- We need to overlay a native window over the browser window which is tricky by design and may not work for you setup.

- unfortunately it cant run as its own window. when you close the main window itll close the browser one too. a bigger issue is that the panel in back that says "chatterino should be here" is too wide. it leaves a blank space on the right of the chat, and on top of the chat (though i do have the bit leaderboards and stuff hidden so maybe thats something that cant be addressed)

- its marked as "compatible for your device" (mac) so i spent ages tryna get it to work, with both nightly and just normal chatterino up. then i read down the very bottom in the extra notes section that says 'windows only' :Stare: woulda been nice if u marked it as incompatible at the top lmao,, also release a version that works for mac, thanks :ok:

- Works perfectly, it doesn't seem to scale properly when countering in Browser Zoom levels however so it doesn't always look proper. Can you please also hook onto the canary.twitch.tv domain pls, as it only works on main but not canary.

- i am changing this review upon downloading the 7TV fork of chatterino. The bug that makes chatterino appear slightly to the left of chat is no longer there lol

- Please add support for opera gx, it worked nicely on chrome but does not work at all with opera gx for some reason when i enable it.

- On 2560x1440 multi monitor setups and on the standard non beta Chrome builds it will be about 200 px off the actual chat. However, this may be due to interference with FFZ/BTV which should have been an oversight with chatterino. But Chatterino on it's own is a great program, so I can't really fault him for the coding not being perfect on an extension
