So you end up having warnings on safe websites. If they fix this, it will be a good product again. update (28 apr): took awhile but they removed from blacklist the url i reported. But i did not recive any notification, just checked myself

• (2024-04-20) SkipSpotter: Been a really faithful AVAST user for a few years now, but I have decided to look at other companies and products - when my subscription ends. Firefox used to be my goto browser, but lately, Google Chrome has peaked my interest as it is simply a lot faster. This has been a problem however, owing to lack of any decent addon/extensions and user options for the AVAST VPN. The only CHROME extension for AVAST is really pointless, as It just shows a very basic set of details, but NO option to control the VPN. This has been a major factor, along with several other useful controls which the AVAST extension has no access to. I must add as a footnote, that having been using the AVAST ONE product for a while, I have begun to dislike the silly artwork and layout. The previous AVAST application was so much more direct without any extra distractions. The artwork used in the options pages look like a young child drew them. Anyway, like I have said, not having any VPN add on for CHROME has been my biggest gripe. Sorry Avast, but thats sadly how I feel

Perdón, a la web de Avast tampoco me deja entrar. Tienen varios problemas, uno de configuración inicial y otro de olvidarse del cliente. I think it's much safer than any, I can't connect with any website and neither do they pay attention to you. I apologize to the Avast website for me, they don't connect me either. Be careful, there is a story, at tribunals, that they sold the addresses and their characteristics of their subscribers.

I have uBlock Origin installed and I was randomly getting a popup warning about advertising tracking no matter what site I'm on. At first I didn't know what was causing it. When I disable the Avast extension this it warning stops.
