- Not clear cancelation. Got access to an account I don't ever use. Be Careful! On February 11 I signed up for a 7-day trail. I cancelled within the hour and even checked back the next day. and it said I was on the free plan. I never even used a single scrap because this was not the tool I need. - DOA Dead on arrival. After installing extension in Chrome, and pinning the icon in the browser bar it does not work at all, does absolutely nothing. I checked the extension setting it's enabled. I viewed the tutorial video which never explains how to get it to start extracting anything. Right click nothing there, clicking on the extension symbol no option to start anything. POS waste of my time. Do not download.
