Excellent tool while it worked. Developers are taking too long to put online the version suitable for the new Twitter API (if indeed "Hashplug" stopped working for this problem).

• (2012-12-04) Great Idea (there are plenty of similar apps that do this as well), but you need to make the box nicer and not so obvious. It needs to be transparent and fit well (in size) in the Google search sidebar. Also, you should be able to put in your Twitter info so that it only shows tweets of people you follow.
