- Damn! This was just the Speech to Text tool I was looking for. Its super fast and reliable, and works every time. Is this era of writing prompts, I am using voicy to speak my thoughts to the LLMs, and have them understand my natural language to get exactly what I need without the hassle of typing everything out. The accuracy is spot on, and it saves me tons of time when I'm brainstorming ideas or having back-and-forth conversations with AI. Voicy just gets it - simple, clean, and it actually works. - Garbage. I should have known by the name of the developer "Kourosh Ghaffari" that this extension was a big fat scam. You only get to use the extension 12 times before it softlocks you and asks for your email address. Giving your information gets you a daily limit of 30 uses before you have to pay. No, we're not doing that for speech to text, a basic accessibility tool. Put this where it belongs, in the trash can.

- I downloaded Voicy because I broke my wrist and it was extremely hard to type with just one hand. Oh my gosh, did this save me. I'm especially impressed with how it transcribes my words so clearly and honestly I don't think it has messed up one time. Also it's impressive how fast it can process my audio and transcribe it. Honestly I think even after my wrist heals I'm going to continue using it because it just makes working so much faster. I have noticed that if it takes a long time to transcribe my audio, it doesn't have anything to do with the Voicy extension. It has everything to do with the quality of my Wi-Fi, so please keep that in mind when using.

- This app has been an absolute lifesaver for me. I didn't know I needed this app until I started using it. I've been looking into other voice-to-text apps, and there's nothing that compares to this app, especially considering the pricing. It's super accurate, and it's made my life a lot easier and also increased my productivity. The developer is also very, very eager to get feedback and is always trying to improve the app. He has communicated this via email which I think is something that is very unique compared to other apps as well. He genuinely seems like he wants to make the best app possible for people. Also I wrote this using the Voicy app.

- I've used a number of dictation apps in the past, but this is the best by far! It inserts punctuation and does a great job with capitalization and slightly obscure words. As a sales professional, I needed something to create quick recaps of my phone calls in my cloud-based CRM for future reference. Voicy has been extremely effective and saved me a ton of time.

- Works exceptionally well. It even takes care of punctuation. It is not necessary to say "period" or "comma"; the app takes care of it for you. The only unnerving fact: no text appears until you finish dictating and turn off the microphone. The app records your entire speech before generating text. However, the final result is absolutely fabulous.

- I downloaded the Windows PC app version... I really wanted to love it but I had to uninstall it because it would randomly listen and record everything whenever the code letter was typed. I needed something to make it easier to dictate when I typed emails. Unless I missed something, please let me know how to control the listening and recording functions. Until then, I will moderately use the Chrome extension. Thanks.

- I absolutely love this extension, specially that it supports brave, I am just disappointed that it gives so little minutes of free use overall. I would love if it gives free minutes daily, something like VoiceIn (which I have chosen for the moment) and then this would be the best voice app, happy to return to use it and give 5 stars if this happens. As likely the services uses "AI" via API and that costs money to the developer, maybe there is something he can add, like some self voice detection software which does not use the API, or some other cheaper service with flat payment for him and then can give many free minutes to the users, this would reduce the "quality" but will work for those that still want some free working extension that works everywhere specially on Brave, and if they are happy to pay to get best quality, then pay the full subscription to get the AI to fine tuning and make it better by paying. And this will get the developer many more users ultimately converting more paying subscribers

It's accurate, it's fast, it doesn't give me any bugs, and most of all, it's extremely affordable. I cannot recommend this enough for anyone who doesn't want to type as much.

- Accurate but concerning privacy practices The voice recognition is impressively accurate and genuinely useful. However, the free usage is extremely limited, and the extension becomes permanently blocked unless you connect your Google account. The insistence on this feels intrusive and raises privacy concerns—especially since the extension appears to be developed by a single individual. Use with caution.

Instead of manually typing things out as a sales rep, I can be able to communicate with prospects via text and email with my voice, saving me so much time and making my job and my day much more efficient.
