  • (2025-07-11) Ankush Rathour: The extension has stopped working for the past 2–3 days. I use it every day—thank you so much for this helpful tool! Please fix the issue, and if possible, consider adding a few more features: Skip ads Captions support Multiple Picture-in-Picture (PIP) windows PIP controls Additional feature suggestions (either in this extension or a new one): Split tabs (like split-screen view) PIP for the entire tab Thanks again for your great work!
  • (2025-07-11) Muayyad Almitwali: uh i do need this because some websites dont provide the PIP on movies or tv shows but idk how to use it but when i figure it out its gonna be good

  • (2025-07-01) Gary Baker: I didn't know how much I needed this extension until I found it. I knew what I wanted to be able to do, but I just couldn't put it into words... I have mutiliple desktops open all day long. And when I need to watch an instructional coding video, while learning a coding trick, I don't want or need to see the rest of the browser content. Just show me the video!!! I use it every day. Thank you so much.
  • (2025-06-30) Blueprint Media Design: why doe it haves a star on the icon in the status bar? will be better without

  • (2025-06-27) Cosmo Reaper: This extension is essential for me when it comes to multitasking. I can watch my favorite twitch streamers or watch a cool Youtube Video while I'm doing something else.
  • (2025-06-23) Heather Maga: It was great until the automatic PIP. Now even though I have that turned off it is still happening. I hate it. Sometimes I just listen to video and do not need PIP!!!
  • (2025-06-19) Billy Ballo: It works well on many sites, it can improve On linkedin cannot see the learning subtitles and when passing to anothe video the pip is stuck to the original pip-ed video
  • (2025-06-14) Delroy Pires: Works as expected. Might not work with DRM stuff like Netflix, Prime Etc. Simple. Easy. Reliable. Another alternative has come out clear PIP, i used it and it's LITERALLY the same.
  • (2025-06-13) SK Naim Akhtar: Awesome extension.
  • (2025-06-11) Ethan Davies: literally doesnt work. tried with crunchyroll several times and it just doesnt do anything. same with netflix. I dont understand why or how to fix it
  • (2025-06-09) Zed Gaming: Screen Flicker issue
  • (2025-06-06) Alex Kent: I wish I could give this 5 stars but I can't. The biggest problem with this extension is that it is so bad at selecting which video to move into P-in-P mode. If there are multiple videos on a webpage, you can click the extension while having your video playing, and instead of selecting the one that IS CURRENTLY PLAYING, it selects some random video on the site you haven't even touched yet. And the worst part is there's no way to correct its selection. You're just stuck with it. Then you have the other annoyances. Like, not having a 5 or 10 sec fast forward/reverse option. I mean come on now, that should be standard. If I have to keep the tab open just to forward through a video, it defeats the whole purpose of picture-in-picture! There isn't even an option to mute the video. You're forced to mute your whole laptop or, if you're on chrome, mute the tab by clicking and selecting. For this extension to be developed by Google themselves, I have higher standards.
  • (2025-06-04) smruti ranjan: Even after removing the extension from Chrome, Picture-in-Picture is still activating automatically on some sites.
  • (2025-06-04) Emil Axelsson: Why does the plugin come with permission to read and change data on all websites as default when it's not needed? Change the plugin settings to "On specific sites" and add these domains: https://www.youtube.com/* https://youtu.be/*
  • (2025-06-02) Design Preview: nice extensions
  • (2025-05-31) kA KA: Literally life saver when i want to play a game and watch a video
  • (2025-05-28) Abhishek Gupta: Needs Firefox level PiP features - Mute - Full timeline and +5 and -5 sec back and forth buttons - Full-screen - Sub-titles Will change my review if you build any of these features! Also, why does the same extension have more features on Brave than on Chrome?!!!
  • (2025-05-23) Thomas: Dudes couldn't you put -5 secs and +5 secs buttons??
  • (2025-05-19) Khemani: Works perfectly! I couldn't ask for better! 😌
  • (2025-05-17) Ewald den Dopper (EdD89): When activated, it keeps moving to the left when changing source of stream. Also the subtitles stay in the browser, but do not show in the PiP part...
  • (2025-05-02) Roblox Master (Xander): It works well, simple extension and easy to understand. Although, when I use Picture In Picture for too long my screen starts glitching and when I try switching tabs the screen delays and only a part of the screen shows. Also only has a pause button, I hope there's more functions in the future!
  • (2025-05-02) Nurulain Anuar: Love using this PIP extension to open my favourite YouTube video while working on my office work or other hard stuff. it is more fun and avoid me from losing momentum from open background running tab, restart few seconds back, watch for few moments before closing it back and come back to reality. Watching pip youtube videos totally adds up more fun compared to just hearing in the background. not sure about other site but totally work on Youtube desktop app
  • (2025-04-26) Princess Samantha Fenis: Smooth and functional, It will be better if has its options to also see the subtitles with it
  • (2025-04-17) CHIHAB LARAICHI: now that the extension has play back speeed buttons by 10 seconds, I ca't find thes playback speed, mute, and other buttons when i added the extension to Google chrome. Can you add those buttons for this extension for Chrome?
  • (2025-04-15) Cem Bingöl: Works flawlessly. Please add the functionality of showing CC from YouTube.
  • (2025-04-14) Âu Duy: NIce!!! You can control the video timeline now! The only thing it needs left is CC!!!!!
  • (2025-04-06) Chris Wilson: I was looking for something like this to watch tutorial videos and work in a tab at the same time. I love it but would make it better is fast forward and rewind controls to go along with the pause button
  • (2025-03-31) Hawkbabyy: It's pretty good, The only thing it needs are (CC). Everything else is fire! 🔥😆
  • (2025-03-29) simmy zee: Causes screen flickering and poor picture quality about 20 percent of the time.
  • (2025-03-28) IrizzAndEdge Sigma: This is ABSOLUTE CINEMA, but I wish that there was a subtitles option lmao anyways, I love this thing, def use it, I couldn't live without it. I use this more than any other plugin
  • (2025-03-24) Jagjiwan Chimkar: Work Smooooth , Nice Work
  • (2025-03-23) Nickgem25 Alt: I think It's great, but the only things I think are missing are controls like a pause/play button, and let subtitles show on picture in picture. I sometimes play videos with subtitles, but they don't show up on the picture in picture mode.
  • (2025-03-18) Kensan Ackerman: I Love this, It works on youtube, twitch, and streaming sites. Perfect. Would be great to have the option to resize the window though.
  • (2025-03-17) Rega Permana: please add back and forward 5sec control and video timeline. not just pause button
  • (2025-03-14) Samuel: How did I not know about this.
  • (2025-03-11) Christian Russo: Never works. So frustrating.
  • (2025-03-09) Rami Refaat Amin: Add bar to control volume, and the progress bar not showing up on kick lives.
  • (2025-03-07) Fate Averie: ever since the new browser updates on occasion with PIP on youtube the PIP will be playing an ad silently while the actual video plays in the actual video window. this is annoying as I've got to switch to the video tab and click the extension again to have the video back in PIP. honestly this is pretty annoying as i'm watching an ad, but while the actual video is playing. please for the love of god fix this google.
  • (2025-03-02) Abdelrahman Iskandarov: Simple product, works great.
  • (2025-03-01) Dogge: Simple product, works great.
  • (2025-02-25) T Sparks: Doesn't work for the San Diego cams. I like to look at the penguins while working. Please fix. I used to be able to watch them without an extension
  • (2025-02-22) Dennis Mutuku: WORKS GOOD
  • (2025-02-19) Thomas Hooper: doesn't work
  • (2025-02-17) Jinawong Jino: Would be better if the subtitles is on PiP too if we enabled it.
  • (2025-02-16) Michael Graham: Recent update turned on "auto detect" feature by default, despite it being in beta. This has caused the browser to hang repeatedly whenever any videos are playing (not in PiP) as presumably it's trying to detect if it should pop the video out when it isn't needed. Turning off the auto detect feature seems to have fixed the freezing issue, but this shouldn't be turned on by default and I believe this warrants losing 2 stars off what would have been a 5 star app. I regularly use this for having movies/tv/youtube playing while gaming, as I only use a single ultrawide monitor. It works great, although it does interfere with VRR as expected.
