Right click on the element on the page and choose "Link to this" to create a link directly to this element, this link will be added to your clipboard, use Ctrl + V to insert it.
The recipient of this link must also install the extension.
P.S.: In the options of this extenstion you can disable notification popup on link creation and customize other stuffs.
