This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.
Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.
Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

- Installed it on desktop and mobile, trying to use remote from my phone to access my desktop, however.......from my mobile the cursor shows, but won't function with mouse 1 and 2; the cursor works from my desktop to my phone with mouse 1 and 2. VERY annoyed on how to make this function correctly. Glitch?

- Terribly hard to install. Goes in circles without ever explaining what's going on. Very poor POS.

- For a quick and easy way of accessing a PC over the internet it's very good. Basic functionality, but for checking uploads or a little remote assistance it's very good. It uses the security of your Google account, so I know that it's secure and it always flags when someone is connected so it'll keep your co-workers from playing jokes on you!

- Need to add options like every device should have a unique id also remote access with unattended access (with password) as in AnyDesk. I hope this will be available soon. Thank you.

- when it works then great but I am always struggling every time I need it. I have to remove it and reinstall it several times and then randomly it works. very tedious

- Garbage experience. Do not build your site on Wix. Before paying for Wix, seriously research other platforms. Once you subscribe, real help is almost nonexistent unless support remotely logs into your computer. Even simple glitches or corrections that should take minutes can take hours to resolve. I spent nearly three hours dealing with issues that should have been basic fixes. The platform may look easy at first, but when something breaks, you are largely on your own. Do your homework before committing.
