Background Opacity doesnt work since recent big update
Great extension! However, there's an issue after the recent update. Previously, I could watch Twitch VODs in fullscreen while keeping only the chat visible — everything else was transparent and hidden. But now, when watching archived videos (VODs), only the chat remains transparent, and all other Twitch UI elements (like the video timeline, overlays, etc.) are no longer hidden or transparent. Could you please look into this issue or consider adding an option to bring back the previous behavior? Thank you for your hard work. This extension is super useful!
u patched it to the wrong. no 7tv emotes anymore and no opacity setting for the chat.. u made it worse pls patch it back to normal
It worked fine until recently, where if I press alt+s it'll sometimes bring up the normal style chat on the side. I like being able to toggle between the two, but I'm not sure if this is intentional; I also have to exit and re-enter fullscreen to disable the chatbox.
It's great when it works. But sometimes notifications appear at the top of chat for hype trains or mod messages, and then chat goes blank until I refresh the whole page to fix it. Not sure if it's a conflict with Twitch itself or one of the other popular add-ons for Twitch like BTTV, FFZ, or 7TV. Since all of them can modify chat in some way. Hope this gets fixed, or if we can get a refresh just for the chat panel.

Very useful and very well done. I only have problems when I switch monitor with different resolutions. Sometimes I cannot see the overlay because it's outside of the displayed view. A little suggestion (I don't know if it's technically possible to implement): save the last position of the overlay in terms of percentage of the video instead of pixels. Eg: x=75%, y=35% instead of x=823px, y=320px. This way the overlay is always in the same relative spot when I move Chrome in another screen.

So far I really enjoy the chat extension😀I noticed a problem lately that affects my experience. When I log in to my twitch account, the chat extension doesn't show any text inside the box. It only works when I log out. Could you please look into this issue and fix it? Thank you for your hard work and support 🤗

It's working perfectly for me. It's so simple to use, can resize and move where it's positioned, and adjust font size and opacity. Love it!

Dude this is a great extension... Best way to watch twitch for sure... and the ability to move the chat around, resize it, adjust opacity... makes it twice as good of a way to watch twitch... thank you!

Absolutely perfect, I like it way better than the FFZ version. The resize option works really well, and I like that certain things disappear when you're not hovering over the chat. I hope this continues to be maintained and developed!
