Submit alteration-action relationships to the Molecular Oncology Almanac from Chrome
Help us keep precision cancer medicine up to date!
Precision oncology rests on a scientific knowledge base that is constantly evolving. This extension helps keep that knowledge base of findings updated to the latest research.
When a new precision oncology finding is reported in the literature, this extension enables you to quickly submit any reported alteration to the Molecular Oncology Almanac, an open-source knowledge system and interpretation algorithm for cancer genomic data. The Molecular Oncology Almanac is developed and maintained by the Van Allen Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Broad Institute (https://moalmanac.org/).
All submissions will be reviewed before incorporating into the knowledge base.
