Frugal Testing Recorder

This extension allows a user to record browser traffic and convert it into a jmx script. This script can be run using jmeter or using a load testing platform such as https://frugaltesting.com.

The extension has a simple interface with a start/stop button using which the user can tell the recorder when to start, pause or stop the recording. Upon ending the recording, the jmx script automatically gets downloaded into the user's system. Request filtering based on type and url pattern, custom user agent selection and test step addition during recording are some of the features that the extension provides.

If the user has a Frugal Testing account, then he/she can log in and save test scripts directly into the account in the form of tests and can also download the script for an unlimited number of times from his/her account.
