- (2016-01-07) Cyntia B: I like this software because it is very easy to use and you can do many things with. It's like many software integrated in one. My favorite feature is project management. It's kind of like using MS project but in more simple. I think this software is good value for money and awesome for small start ups that don't have a big budget to spend in software. Moreover, there are many videos to train you and to help you understanding every feature of work[etc].
- (2016-01-07) Heather Martin: I could tell you a million great things about working with WorkETC as an application, but the Google apps integration has been a game changer. Because people are used to creating events on a Google calendar, having this information sync over automatically is very useful. It is also helpful to be able to created support cases directly from email since no matter how much you ask, clients will still insist on emailing people directly instead of a support mailbox that is set up. This reduces a ton of copy and paste actions that we had to take with a previous system we were using. The great thing is that all of these activities - tickets, calendar events, etc can be attached to each other which gives us a very good overview of what is happening with each case. We really love this system!
- (2015-12-16) Work Etc is a powerful project management tool. It needs careful setup but once this is handled, the program can really help manage your business. It is quite focused on sales of products and handles this better than services but does have facilities to tweak the methodologies to your liking. Excellent user interface makes things easy to control.Integrating with Gmail is a huge timesaver being able to attach only relevant emails to the appropriate project/sub-project is great.Excellent for project management and support.

It's wonderful that it can all be managed in one product and not have to have multiple places to keep track of these items. They continue to get better and better.

- (2015-10-29) WorkETC FosseyTaylor: Our business evaluated 6 different CRM tools and there were two things that stood out about WorkETC. The first was that it has a fairly comprehensive project management tool within it. This allowed us to model, monitor and manage a customer's project right from the very initial contact on our website or phone. It was end to end, which meant we didn't need to look for two systems to integrate and sync our data across. The second is the outstanding customer support to queries and the hand holding we got during the evaluation phase. No-one else came close in this respect. From a previously fragmented approach to client data and project data, now all the team has to do is type in a part of a client name or a part of a project name and we can see all communications, project status, support cases and activities in one spot. It's really opened up the visibility of our internal processes, and allowed us to highlight trends and patterns in project delivery. Interestingly, our clients seem reassured that we're now sending emails with identifiers in the titles - our projects involve many parties from many organizations, and they just 'get it'
- (2015-09-23) Jerry Messick: I'll let the 5 stars speak for the product, but I want to talk about their support. I have NEVER used any system that had support as good as Work[etc], and I have tested dozens of systems over time. Their desire to learn your business and incorporate YOUR workflow (shocking, I know) instead of forcing you to create work-arounds is unprecedented. You just don't find that level of support anywhere. Well done, Work!

- (2015-06-19) Mandy Morris: Work[etc] CRM + Projects has made employee time tracking easier and convenient. We also keep up with our client projects and sub-projects better now than before without the need for numerous spreadsheets. We like being able to integrate and add emails to a project. This makes it easier to track communication related to a project. I would like to see more integration in the future.

- (2015-03-07) Nakuma Scott: WORKetc has really helped us streamline our workflow. Previously, in our accounting firm, we had to use several different applications and manual paper processes to keep track of clients and projects the way that we can now with just WORKetc. This allows the accountants to focus on the client and not on paperwork. As a systems administrator it is very nice to have full control in one application. The client portal has also been huge for us this year. Maybe I can write a better review down after our tax season is over and we get more feedback on the portal.

- (2015-02-18) WORK[etc] has been pretty great for me and the company I work for. We use it for project management, time sheets and support. Being able to respond directly to support emails with a record kept in WORK[etc] (so that we can keep track of how long it takes to respond) is amazing. WORK[etc] does quite a bit, and I'm sure we haven't even cracked the surface of what it does. The project management is really great to. We use it to...well...manage projects. It's useful to be able to have multiple projects per company, all with multiple sub-projects. And, of course, you can see the time against the projects, any to-dos against the project and any files uploaded against it as well. All in all, WORK[etc] has been pretty great for us.

As the leader of our technical support organization it allows me to keep track of everything that comes in the front door. Email, Shipments, or Inbound calls, I haven't found anything I can't track.

As one of the other reviewers has said it does take time to learn (and we are still doing that 12 months in!) but the benefits are great. I now have great clarity on project progress, future order book and sales pipeline, something which our previous system never did well! It is also easy for all our team members to see what is expected of them and record what they do on projects. There is no doubt that Worketc has helped us streamline our business and enable us to grow. Excellent tool!!
- (2014-10-17) Joey Gilbert: CRM, Projects, and Billing all-in-one software. I don't work specifically in billing, but before Work[etc] management was always on us to keep track of our time. With Work[etc] that problem has been solved by making it easier for the employee to keep track of and log billing time. They continue to better themselves as well. As easy as the time sheets are, the are making it easier with in application timing. The reason time sheets are some important to us is because Virtual Resort Manager, Inc. develops websites. The time tracker is nice for this, but Work[etc] also allows you to manage the project. Everything all in one place makes the website process much easier for everyone. Another feature that really helps us is templates for project setup. Together these 2 features really help our business improve and maintain customer relationships.
