I have used this Chrome Extension for years now. It is an absolute must have. The only issue I have is this. When you upload bookmarks from Chrome to Vivaldi, Papercut bookmarks do not load to the correct folder. This means you must move them manually, however Vivaldi's "Other Bookmarks" folder, where Papercut bookmarks are stored, is not visible in its built in bookmarks manager. I have solved this using another extension called "Bookmark Manager and Viewer".

I've been using Papercuts for a while and I'd like to report some issues. 1. One day I deleted all the entries in a tab and opened the extension window again, it froze and failed to pop up. The extension setting page also kept loading when I tried to access it from icon. When it finally finished loading after 1~2 minutes, in addition to the empty tab that I had deleted all the entries, another (or even more?) tab next to it that had entries in it also disappeared; some entries appeared in wrong tabs where they shouldn't be. 2. I tried to recover the vanished tab by restoring the bookmark files, and got bookmarks.bak from AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default folder and put it into another test Chrome browser, but the content it recovered was incomplete and there were many empty entries under each tab. The vanished tab came back but the entries were empty and there were other tabs missing. Later I found that the data Papercuts saved in bookmarks itself is incomplete. Even though the contents were displaying in the extension window, most of them were not saved in the bookmarks. Most of bookmark URLs were the default `javascript:void('<title></title><content></content><...` line with empty titles and content, which resulted in empty entries when restored. (I don't have other extensions that manages bookmarks.) My Chrome version when using Papercuts is 124~127. I like this extension's apperance and awesome functionalities and wanted to keep using it so I hope the issues can be addressed and improved. Also wish it could offer some other choices to backup and sync data such as Google Drive. Many thanks.
Great extension with exactly the features I was looking for. Took me so long to find this by chance! I'd suggest adding keywords like "note" "memo" in the extension title so ppl can find it more easily from searching. Just a minor nitpick, when the popup window is long and the scrollbar appears, expanding a collapsed note will cause a second scrollbar to appear, and it makes the window widen briefly and look a little glitch. Hope this can be optimized. Would be nice too if the scrollbar could change to a thinner one with custom css that matches the style, because this extension is pretty but Chrome's default scrollbar is ugly haha. Again thanks for this awsome extension!
Dude you have a great notetaking app, But NOW you only need to do this one thing to hit a homerun! Add "To-do" checklists feature. You already have stacking each notes, for example: Life- Gym - Clients - But now a "to-do" list competitor business is doing the same idea of yours but for tasks. He named it stacking tasks (Category of tasks for your tasks) - tasktxt dot com So I'm begging you add this checklist option, for example: Life 🔻 Make money ☑️ Invest ☑️ Save Gym🔻 Hit 5 am morning ☑️15 reps ☑️buy protein shaker Clients🔻 Build networks and join communities ☑️ Do 1 outreach daily ☑️ Join 1 group daily Bro this is the feature that's gonna put your product into virality. And could possibly destroy other businesses. Have no mercy. You got this.

Love this extension as it was exactly what I was looking for. Chrome is giving me trouble with Shortcuts and the right-click-menu options unfortunately. Once I figure out how to fix that it will maximize my convenience.

Every time I delete a TAB the whole thing gets broken, the items move trough the other tabs, the application takes ages to open and it does not work anymore.

One click on a note or a dedicated icon to immediately paste selected note, instead of click on copy icon >> crtl + v, would make life a bit easier. Otherwise, just what I was looking for. Thank you very much.

Amazing extension. Better than anything similar that I have found so far. Makes my job of doing tech support across various forums so much easier. Also, a hint for those who want full hyperlink support - learn just enough HTML (or mark up for whatever site you are pasting to) to write the hyperlink that way, then switch to HTML (or mark up) wherever you want to post the hyperlink, and paste that way, then switch back to the normal editor if you need to make other adjustments. Hyperlinks work just fine that way. In many cases, you can set up your canned reply on whatever website, switch to HTML or mark up, then copy from there and paste into Papercuts without knowing anything about what you are copying and pasting. Then simply switch to HTML or mark up when you want to paste from Papercuts later.

Its a great extension, except it doesn't seems to allow hyperlinks in the notes. I was hoping to use it to save my email templates (the email system I use for work doesn't support template storage) but unfortunately I won't be able to use Papercuts unless it will allow me to paste text with hyperlinks.

Страшно глючит при добавлении текста. Теряет текст на ходу. Из контекстного меню не вставляет, и не показывает там некоторые пункты.

Не работает. Выбранный текст через контекстное меню- не сохраняет. Введенное от руки- через контекстное меню в поля не вставляет. (Не знаю, как на Хроме. У меня браузер Slimjet.)

Would be perfect if it had the copy shortcut key to the left of the dropdown arrow, instead of having to use the dropdown to copy text. I wanted to use it more for snippets that I could organize and easily copy and having the copy icon nested is a waste of space in my usage. Great app though. I hope you continue to develop it.
