Widen Git frame that works for both GitHub and GitHub Enterprise.
I wrote this extension because I needed to read some really wide one line code on my corporate Git. Other extensions don't support GitHub Enterprise, so I had to write this one. In addition, this extension widens the git frame so that long filenames or descriptions are entirely shown instead of getting truncated.
