- (2025-05-15) Amina Kudrati-Plummer: My notes have all been lost suddenly. Seeing as there are several other users who just lost their notes today (previously a much less frequent occurrence), it seems to be an issue on their end. Many of the buttons (settings, info, etc.) are also not working at all, i.e., nothing happens when they are clicked on, making it impossible to restore backups. I hope it gets sorted, as I did quite like this extension and have been using it for a while. EDIT: revised my review as this issue has been resolved and my notes have been restored. I have changed my rating from 1/5 to 4/5

- (2025-05-07) Rox Kahulugan: I've been using this extension for a year now and love it, but I think there's a bug today. My notes don’t show up unless I create a new one and then to view them again, I have to keep creating more new notes. Hope this gets fixed soon!

- (2025-01-28) Vincent Lee: my only gripe is the lack of contrast. the text is not fully black. i am visually impaired and struggle to see gray/lighter-color text, regardless of the background color. faded text is troubling for someone like me. other than that, great little extension, but will be sticking to chrome's Notepad extension.

- (2024-12-12) Daniel L: The animated pencil is incredibly annoying and serves no purpose, taking up a huge portion of the screen. There is no way to turn it off. Useless feature that distracts, makes the browser look like a child's cartoon, and adds no functionality. Uninstalled.
- (2024-12-11) Itz An Opinion: simple and easy to use, but would love to see the option of being able to move the note window vs it being 'stuck' to the upper right corner of my screen! ;( Would also like to see the option to change font as well as font size. Still haven't found a legitimate replacement for Quick-Notes unfortunately! That was the 'Chef's Kiss' when it came to note app for Chrome! :)

I can quickly access notes that I use constantly, copy and paste and BOOM done with that. Only one thing regarding the UI is that it would be great to be able to hide the buttons that are always showing in the main interface screen as they are cluttering the enviroment.

- (2024-10-04) • Aluminum The Lee-Anne •: It's a good extension but it'd be better if there's a function to set bold font and increase size of a highlighted text rather than the entire text/paragraph. In that way, it'd be easier to note and organize things down making it much more convenient.
- (2024-09-22) gbzorro: This has many functions that makes it look very good. But there are three very BIG flaws. (1) FLOAT. Allow the pop-up window to be moved/float. Right now, it just opens up center screen and blocks whatever webpage you might be wanting to refer to behind it. (2) DISAPPEARS. Prevent it from disappearing every time you click on something else on the screen. This prevents one from doing "drag 'n' drop", PLUS even prevents the ALT-Tab window switch function from working. (3) DATA LOSS. I haven't experienced this personally, but I haven't used the app hardly at all. But I have read many reviews discussing this. And losing all your work unexpectedly, time and again, is a monstrous-size fail. An app that does this should really be rated zero stars. ( i still gave it two stars though because I haven't experienced this problem.) So for now, I'm sticking with a chrome extension note taking app called "Make Notes". It doesn't have any of these three terrible flaws.
