Serious Security Concerns – Use with Caution We paid for a 1-year Lusha subscription and soon after, started getting alerts that candidates were receiving interview invites and offer letters from our company—without our knowledge. This was far too coincidental to ignore. We suspect a serious data security issue with Lusha’s system. While we can’t confirm a direct breach, the timing and pattern raise red flags. It appears that my organizations information may have been exposed or misused after installing the extension. Until Lusha can provide clarity and address these concerns, we strongly advise others to be cautious—especially if you handle sensitive recruiting or business data.

Don't waste your time. They "did not recognize my company's domain as valid", thus didn't let me sign up, even with valid phone number etc'. Instant support is also missing. Bad experience so far. They protect their asset, understood, but, too heavily.

This is a scam. Total BS. Signed up for the free package to trial, every email I attempt to find on LinkedIn comes back with the error message - Due to this contact's state regulations, some details can only be revealed when using a paid account. Every one? Really? Total BS.

I'm not sure why this extension has such great reviews. From my experience using it over the past year, the likelihood it provides the correct number is less then 50% (if it populates at all, which I feel is less then 50%). It also regularly logs me out or glitches to where there is a blank panel on the side of my screen and wont allow me to remove it unless I completely exit out of my browser. It is more of a hassle than the value it provides. It is free though, so that's nice, because I absolutely would not pay for it.

I installed the extension with the intention of signing up, but before I did I went to look at the reviews from a number of different sites. From what I have found of the most recent views on these different sites, this seems like more of a scam that aims to collect your personal data to sell despite the data protection options you select. Many of previous customers have written about unsolicited calls & emails from businesses and a lack of customer support. Any attempt made to remove their details seems to lead to nothing and any attempt to change your privacy settings seems pointless. On that note, previous customers have stated that the free trial did nothing to show what the Lusha was capable of and after paying for a subscription found that the software was unfit for purpose. It seems that their newest update and business practices leave much to be desired for the software. To wrap it up, I would rather not compromise my privacy for software that is not functional, and if you are going to sign up - I would recommend not signing up with your business / personal contact details and use a secondary account instead.

I am giving a one-star as I have invested a significant amount of money & when decided to downgrade my plan was told that the 3,600 credits I had paid approximately $3,500 AUD to get could not be rolled over. Lusha's words were, "It's policy" - A company that puts policy before people.

The worst registration and customer service imaginable. My Google email was blocked even before my first login. Support refuses to provide any explanations. I'm outraged.

Worst experience. Most contacts are invalid and my bounced rate is so high that I can't do a new campaign. Customer support is poor, removing it from my computer.

First year I ever utilized these add ons within 8 months I've tried them all. Now i'm only using Lusha. Incredible software.
Poor quality and too little data. Signed up for their $200 per month plan, and what do I find... literally 0 contacts relevant to our search and data needs. You can't even filter positions and lead data by State! How is such a large platform so under developed that it can't even allow it's US based users to filter data and companies by state? My gosh, even free platforms have this. 0/5 not worth it. Terrible customer support as well. Amit - the support rep - has been fighting me on a refund even though I've used only 2 credits out of 600 to test. He started getting threatening and menacing with me and its clear that Lusha is just another poorly managed data platform that charges too much, and gives too little. Honestly your money is better spent elsewhere.

I hate this cause I'm in dashboard and extension still says login to your account and again hit login again go to the same dashboard page. How funny business it is!
