- I loved using the Ibotta extension but now it doesn't work at all! An endless circle trying to load. I have absolutely no problems on my phone, there's just times when shopping on the computer is much more convenient and clearer to say the least. Ibotta please fix the issue, it seems that I am not the only one with this problem.

- No longer working on WIndows 11 and Chrome browser. Extremely difficult to find answers or get to anyone for assistance. Really wish Walmart would go back to Rakuten!!!!!!

- Just doesn't work on the computer anymore. We like to shop in a browser window, not on our phones. It is such a pain to try to shop for offers on an app. The chrome browser (and others we have tried) no longer works. Started going downhill when they took away the integration with Walmart and now it just doesn't work at all unless you are in incognito which you shouldn't need to be because it doesn't save your information and I think it prevents the Cashback from logging. I just get a blank screen and spinning when I try to login using my normal browser, contacted a few times about it with no help just a generic make sure you have it checked to read all sites or uninstall and reinstall the extension (which I have tried). They don't seem to know how to fix it. I always click all the offers and have used for years, but they always blame the user when Cashback is missing.

- We'll see! I am still waiting for help connecting my Ibotta with Dollar General app and that has been going for over 6 months. Neither Dollar General or Ibotta want to help me!!!!!!

- Honestly, I use Ibotta to see whats on sale where but if the store offers the same cash then I take it there instead of through Ibotta as I've found Ibotta to be very unreliable in accurately pulling/linking the deal and crediting the ibotta account. I've been told by customer service to notify them if I don't see the cash back but I do not want to have to comb through receipts when Walmart and other retailers have a better and more automatic cash back system.

- I very rarely receive my rewards from Ibotta when I purchase anything online. Doesn't seem to matter whether I order through the app or through the extension on my browser, I never get the earnings. The only reason I still continue is for the money I can get back from paper receipt purchases, thus the reason for 3 stars otherwise it would be 0 stars

- I used the app this morning for a purchase from McAfee, but the app did not register the purchase. I tried one more time with something from Walmart and it went through flawlessly, so I don't know what to make of it. I won't know for 7 days whether or not the purchase from either one registered. It takes 7 days to process purchases. I received a notification from the app for Walmart, so I'm reasonably certain that one worked, but the one from McAfee I do not know one way or the other. The purchase from McAfee had the largest percentage of cash back. It was something like 22.4% back on $40. The one on Walmart was only 3% back but it was a larger purchase. If you don't use your ibotta account every 180 days the company begins deducting a maintenance fee of $2.90 per month until you use it again, so keep that in mind. That's the main reason I used it today.

- Every time I place an order through the extension from Ibbota that added to all of my shoppinf sites, I have to prove that I did it because it does not always process correclty. I have been having to contact the suport team to ask for my cashback manually. the last order from Walmart did not go through. I always screenshot becuse of this issue then I have to jump through hoops to get my cashback added t omy account when I provide them with all of the evidence in my initial email. It's so exhausting. What's the purpose of the extention if it doesn't work properly most times I've used it recently?

- WHEN I DO get my "cash back"...it's minimal. I get about 1/80th of my purchases on line, where the extension is clearly visible. Why offer a service if you aren't going to go through with i? I'd LOVE to get my receipts to you, so that I can really see IF you are honorable/honest, or just another "come on"/scam online.

- I love it! I've had it for several years and my savings just keep adding up. I use mine like a savings account (for something special just for me), as I've saved about $250.00 so far, by just logging into Ibotta before placing my online orders thru Ebay, Walmart, Amazon, CVS, Macy's and Target orders and scanning my Aldi's, Stop & Shop, BJ's and Shoprite receipts! I added it as an extension to my Chrome browser and it never lets me miss a discount on a cheaper priced item, without being bothersome, like some of the other browser extensions.

- Ibotta is not adding cash to pending. There is noway to put in a ticket because the link does not work. Worked great for a while but stopped just under $20. Of course, I am unable to take that out because of the $20 rule. Highly disappointed.

- Fun to find deals and then purchase items through ibotta. I sometimes forget to go to ibotta first- the only thing I sometimes wish is that the linked stores also recognized ibotta and reminded us to purchase through the app. I love saving even a few cents and then watching the dollars add up. It definitely works!!

- I like Ibotta. It's a fun way to make some extra cash. Once I hit $20, I can redeem it for anything I want. I can't wait to get my 2% cash back! Anyways..so far, so good. I know I must reach $20 to cash out, but this is just a fun little thing to do that me as a mom and a homemaker, already do anyways. That twenty bucks could be a new book, a lunch at Panera Bread, a cute new bracelet, ANYTHING! Oh!!!! Or, I can use it for my kids weekly allowance or put it back in savings till it's enough for something really exciting to do or a rainy day fund. Super cool.

- Sometimes I cannot login and just get the twirly wheel of death. Then when I try to go to the website for help, it won't load either. Haven't been able to access the website for months now. I've tried on several different computers. I've had points missing for a purchase I made through the app on my phone. They have been very glitchy lately. When it works, it's great getting the extra money. But when it doesn't work, boy doesn't it.
