Tabs Aside

Can't view session contents after saving it, items in the session are not displayed. I can only see and press "Open all" button.

Somethings wrong; doesnt show the tabs in session ?!

It seemed to be very nice comparing to the other similar extensions. And I lost some of the tabs that I had put aside to read them later. Some of which were important and I can't find them again. Do NOT TRUST this extension. It needs serious improvements.

!!!WARNING!!! Wish I had heeded the warnings of the others in these reviews. I too lost all my bookmarks stored in 'tabs aside' when I installed the software on a new machine I was building. The worst part was that there was no help / simple reply from the makers of this software to help me get them back. Will never use this software again, instead I will be placing my bookmarks in my proper URL folder in the browser, it's just a little less convenient but a whole lot safer.

This is one of the best extension i have used so far.

I logged into my other computer with the same google account logged in and it erased all the tabs i saved. This is the second time this happened, hundreds of youtube videos i planned on watching are just poof gone

It seems if u have too many tabs open, and you create new session and try to save all your tabs, it will act like it is doing it and close all tabs when u check close all tabs after saving them, but then after i launched chrome again, the session was not there... I tried again this time with only 1 tab open just to test it and it worked then... I guess it doesn't work if u have too many tabs open but it does not even give u a warning and does not save anything when theres too many tabs, then i checked the box close these tabs after saving them and it didnt save them but still closed them all so now I just lost all those tabs... smh.

This extension was great for the first couple of months that I had it, but later started malfunctioning and deleted all of my sessions. Also, the syncing feature doesn't work properly.

Worked at the beginning, but I lost most of my tabs. The icon says there are some sessions saved but they don't appear anywhere.

I just used it for three seconds and already love it and made my life better

The button to create new session on the bottom is more convenient , first check the saved items and then confirm whether to add new tiem.

Amazing app, been looking for something like this since Edge came with collections but i didn't want to switch browsers. The only thing that i think could make it better, is having the option to display a thumbnail of saved websites. But that would require a major reworking of the UI i'm guessing

After a few months of usage, it started to no longer set aside the tabs. Very dissappointing

Great functionality... although, neither the 'Rename' nor 'Delete' buttons work!!

I really like this extension. I switched over from New Tab Toby to this extension because it frees up my new tab page & doesn't require reloading a new tab every time you want to set aside a new page. The only feedback I can think of for improvement would be to add a default ascending sort order to the set aside tabs based on the names - or even better - allow users create their own sort order for the set aside tabs.

really good but would like to have an option for saving the information in google account so that it is easy to migrate from one laptop to another

The extension abruptly stopped saving the tabs set aside and I lost so many imp tabs and sessions that i saved in the illusion that it's working.

Can save only 4 sessions? the 5th session lost.

Greater and more powerful than Edge's Set Aside Tabs, more flexible, intuitive, with clean UI! Now I can easily group tabs according to my daily tasks! Great productivity tool! Thumb up and nice work!

I really like it but it can still improve! There are only a few things that I am missing from this 1. Sessions without name should be allowed for ease of use 2.The most important one for me, if its possible to restore the history of the closed tabs that would be great! Microsoft Edge already does this but would love to see it on chrome too.

The toolbar icon is a bit small. And the blue shapes without an outline can be invisible under some blue color themes. P.S. Is there a plan to make it a version for Firefox?

UI can be improved upon, and recent bug with the undefined tab sessions is disappointing, but I'm still giving 5 stars because the extension worked well for the majority of time, and I have hope that the next update will recover those sessions, given that the data is still on the browser (per recovery instructions). Really looking forward for this to get from alpha to beta!

After the recent update it DELETED ALL TWELVE of my saved sessions, replaced them all with "undefined" written in as the names for all 12 of my saved sessions and each of these sessions are now EMPTY, I had a total of about 100 tabs saved at least among all 12 of my saved sessions, I had important work too, now I have to sift thru my browser history to find them all, thank god I didn't erase my browser history... I feel sick to my stomach knowing that I actually was foolish enough to trust amateur web application developers with something so important, I thought I finally found something nicer than the default bookmarks option on Chrome, now I see that it was all for nothing, useless unreliable trash, I will switch to Microsoft Edge as well because they have this feature on there by default built into Edge unlike Chrome, so for Edge I know the devs are all pros working at Microsoft so they wouldnt make such a stupid mistake of deleting all their users data because of a stupid update that wasn't even necessary to begin with. I'm willing to give this chrome extension a second chance if I can get my saved sessions back somehow, I can work with support to try and get my saved sessions back or restored somehow if that's even possible, Tabs Aside Team, if you are reading this, please let me know, if my issue can be resolved then I will change the rating, otherwise this extension should not be on the chrome web store to begin with if it is really this unreliable and will randomly delete all your saved sessions for no reason, I'm guessing it was because of the recent update, in which case is there an option where I can block automatic updates for chrome extensions? my email: [email protected]

What a great memory saving extension for me to handle many tabs without close it. No comments needed. Please install if you want to save memory and many tabs.

Very promising! I'm using this on the new Edge, and setting Tabs aside was a feature I was missing. A few feature recommendations: - Dark theme along with the theme of the Browser (auto detect) - Holding shift to select multiple tabs quickly Resist the temptation to implement too many features. Make it simple and intuitive but stable and useful! ;)

It need a function to ADD tabs in already saved sessions, otherwise I have to delete a session to and create a new one just to add one other tab

Just installed it, have to see if it works for me. For a starters, it works quite intuitive and smooth! Would be amazing if you could make it the tabs aside show all the stored sessions when opening a new tab in chrome as an optional 'default' layout.

I found this extension helpful when organizing the multiple tabs that I use for different projects and keeping things separate. The design is simple and easy on the eyes, which I appreciate. It's just what I was looking for. Thank you for making this!

Can you please add an option to disable the badge on the extension's icon? I don't need it and it kinda distracts me... Also, it would be very useful to be able to add pages to existing sessions. Thanks for the extension.
