Google Images Restored

Currently doesn't work at all, but was great...

Stopped working as of October 2025.

Hasn't worked in two weeks now. I tried emailing the developer, but he hasn't responded. Maybe he is busy or didn't check his email? The internet isn't worth searching without this extension. Hopefully he will fix it soon.

No longer working for me. Just causes the page to scroll down when clicking on image results.

hi there, its stopped working again due to the backend I guess. be super grateful if you could please see if it can be resolved.

Was working before, but now it breaks the 'enlarge photos' function.

Broke now. Reinstalled but to no avail. RIP. Hope gets fixed. Was a good extension. Will be missed.

That's a very good extension! But it didn't shown the full and related images while click on images

Day six, still nothing. I guess this time this is it! :'( I truly HATE the lateral image view. Dunno what the guys at Alphabet were thinking with that UI. It's such a bad image search experience. I'm at least getting the "View Image" extension to get that button back. It's not much, but better than nothing.

It was a 5-star, but it stopped working suddenly :( I wish Google would give us a proper preview pane again like it used to have. This extension was the next best thing.

Great extension that provided years of service but sadly broken by Googirl now. Don't give it 1 star just because it broke. Googirl broke it

Was amazing when it worked, unfortunately Google screwed it all up and it stopped working. I doubt it will get updated at all since the last update was back in 2024. Thanks to the developers for at least trying to give us a solution while they could.

Sadly it finally broke on me today.. I don't want to install it since it's been wonderful to have. Looks like it was last updated in 2024, so hopefully it gets sorted out soon. For now, I'll just use a different search engine

The extension isn't working right now. Clicking on the image automatically scrolls the page down. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Broken and in dire need of an update. Trying to click on an image result will instead scroll the page down.

Worked great until now, its broken and non-functional now. No image now pops up when clicked on normally, have to go to a tab that doesn't have this extension. Please fix soon.

Was working for years but as of last night it stopped, nothing comes up until I turn off the extension. Who in the world thought that pulling up images on the right was a good idea?

This has stopped working. 18:04 AEST 24/09/2025 When working is perfect, but as the description states, it has stopped working at the moment.

Extension is not working as intended. It IS working, but on first load of the image search results page there is now an overlay with the first image in it. It looks the same as the first image in the example on the extension's web store page. But the restored image search is also visible. So its like both are existing at once.

This worked great but it seems to not be working anymore. Cant even click on images to expand them unless you turn it off. Will there be an update to fix this? Would really like it back.

It worked amazing while it did. Unfortunately today it no longer works, likely from a google update blocking it maybe. I can't even click on images unless i turn this off now. It was amazing while it lasted
