- Capital One said I would save $40 off the tickets I was purchasing if I installed their browser extension but I was charged full price. They scammed me from the very beginning. I don't understand why a financial company would risk its reputation in such a reckless way. I'm removing the browser extension because I do not trust them at all now.

- I have capital one shopping on my computer and I have not saved a cent (well, maybe a couple of cents). It will sometimes refer me to another site with a different price (not always lower) but, something always keeps it from being "cheaper".. I have a Capital One credit card and acount and I highly recommend that. I love my Capital One credit card and all it's features: a 5***** for sure, but, this is about the Capital one shopping feature..

- LOVE it is an understatement. I love that I not only bank with them and they've shown to be a responsible, and well organized and efficient. But I love how this feature allows me to shop at my favorite designers, brands, stores and so forth (literally everything that you can think of buying trip, airfare) you name it this feature seeks out the best deal and it let's me know when something is offered at a lesser price somewhere else! It also searches for hidden coupon and sales that I didn't even know about. On one site they were offering a discount of 20% and here came Capital One with a 30% discount coupon. Just amazing! Seems small but it definitely adds up in saving! Which I love and appreciate. I save so much from the help of this app and feature offered by Capital One.

- Seems to be adding up ok. I do wish however it would tell you exactly what % you get back on each purchase instead of saying "up to" Whatever, some times 40% but Never that. As 0.5% on a $15 buy is hardly worth the bother. Like "Buy 200 Get One Free"

- This if what I told Capitol One When I removed the extension.... I don't like the 'bait and switch' policies you have. You told me nothing about needing to refer people to you in order for me to get the 'free' $40 you said I would get. You failed to give me the $25 refund or payment, or whatever you called it, when I spent $20 at Chewy because you only told me AFTER the fact that I didn't qualify for it because I had another shopping extension on my browser. Even your terms of service didn't say anything about these requirements. All this only AFTER you got my personal information.

- I like how it helps you find the coupon, but for me after it fines one it never enters it and its gone off the screen. So it kind of like, if you knew the code this is how much you would save, poof, it's gone. Makes be feel sad and then I don't want to buy what I'm shopping for because I know by some magical way, I could have saved money.

- I joined capital one when I was in between banks dealing with terrible service with wells fargo... I found capital one and initially just was going to open up an account temporarily. But boy this bank is BETTER than wells fargo and I ended up switching to JP Morgan/Chase but I kept my capital one. This is one of the many actual Incentives they give. Wells fargo you could spend 1000's get 5 bucks back in "rewards"... Capital One thank you for getting me out of debt and being a legitimate service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10
