Marco Pusterla 2017-06-23: While the extension is quite good, you can't really use it when emulating native devices, as you can no longer move the lines. There is also no option to enter the pixel-position of a line (which would get around this problem). It works fine on desktop and on custom devices, though.
Dmitry Kamorin 2017-06-09: Pretty simple and useful. Maybe it would be great to add ability to measure distance between two lines, I need to use Grid Ruler from tgohn for now, but it seems creates a layout over the page and I can't select elements on the page using my mouse
