I was able to set up emails that are repetitive reminder emails that take up unnecessary time to set up each time I want to send them out. I COULD create email templates, which I have done in the past, but this takes that need away. Unfortunately, I could not send out to more than 10 people without an upgraded version, but it would be very helpful. I also like the mail merge feature. I have multiple associates that I need to send individual emails to, and I used mail merge through Microsoft a lot at my old job, and was happy to see that there was a Google version as well. I'm all about making my work more efficient and less time consuming, and this would help a lot!!

I wish that when you did copy and paste that the format would also switch over. Even when I copy and paste within the extension I have to go through and Bold or Highlight etc. the things I want emphasized in my emails. But again, it gets the job done...
