It provides well-organized notification panels containing information about the duration of the meeting, the participants, how much each person spoke, and whether there were any monologues. The most important and well-executed feature, in my opinion, is the reporting system, which is extremely helpful for summarizing what was discussed and identifying the next steps to take. The reports are very detailed and accurate — truly useful.

- Honestly the best AI meeting notetaker I’ve tried so far! Also, probably the most generous free plan out there! My work involves a lot of meetings like daily check-ins and it’s super helpful to have a meeting notetaker that records the entire call and automatically writes the minutes. Before, I used OBS just to record meetings, but that took up a ton of storage and wasn’t efficient at all. Having to rewatch an entire meeting just to find key points was such a HUGE pain. That’s where AI notetakers like Fathom come in handy! Before discovering Fathom, I tried several others, but their free plans were so limited, only allowing a few recordings per month. I’d either have to wait for my credits to refresh or pay for a subscription just to access recordings or transcriptions. Super hassle!
