Cómo descargar un directo de Instagram, Facebook o Twitch:
- Añade Live & Stream Recorder a tu navegador Chrome
- Sitio web de plataforma de streaming abierta (IG, FB o Twitch)
- Haz clic en el botón Grabar del stream. Verá un panel lateral de Google Chrome
- Elige la calidad y empieza a grabar
- Ahora puedes cerrar el stream o la pestaña (ventana) con el stream en directo.
IMPORTANTE: NO CIERRE EL PANEL LATERAL MIENTRAS SE ESTÉ GRABANDO

All of them had issues: either the audio and video were out of sync, or the audio was in a different language. However, with this extension, I was able to download the videos flawlessly.
