Troll Tax lets anyone donate to a charity in the name of a twitter troll and can be found at trolltax.org.
With the Troll Tax chrome extension, you can begin a donation without copy/pasting the tweet's URL. After installation you will find a small icon on your browser that says TROLL. Simply click the TROLL icon while on any troll's tweet to begin the donation process.
