Take a break from browsing the web and spend a few minutes exercising
The goal of this extension is to provide users an accessible way to take a break from long browsing sessions. Users are given four exercise options (push-up, crunch, plank, and squat) to choose from and time their exercise and break periods.
It's too easy to fall into a sedentary lifestyle. Make sure to get up every couple hours to move around and get in a brief workout!
